Supervision is supervision of the implementation of educational technical activities in schools, not just physical supervision of physical material. supervision of academic activities in the form of teaching and learning process, supervision of teachers in teaching, supervision of the situation that causes it. Supervision activities aim to improve the process and results of teaching and learning. Its main function is to help teachers, but in its broad context concerns other components of the school because teachers are also related to the components of administration, facilities, school environment, and others.

The supervision process is a series of activities carried out in the supervision of education. This process is important in seeing the extent of the success of a goal in the teaching and learning process. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is a series of activities and all components that help the effectiveness and performance to be effective and efficient in accordance with the desired educational goals. In teaching and learning activities facailities and infrastructure is needed in order to support the smooth process of its activities , so that the management of facilities and infrastructure is needed by every agency , especially schools. Besides that, the teacher plays an important role in the administration of facilities and infrastructure, such as being involved in the planning process of teaching aids, involved in the use and maintenance of teaching aids used by the teacher during the teaching and learning process, supervision in the use of practical tools by students. Facilities and infrastructure become an important part in supporting learning , because without the supporting facilities and infrastructure , the learning process cannot run optimally , therefore management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to realize effective learning.

In the world of education the name of the supervision of education has long been known by people or has long been known, which is meant by the supervision of education is not far from the problem of improvement regarding the problem of education in the learning and teaching process. In this process what has been seen is what goals in the learning and teaching process, supervision techniques are ways to achieve certain goals, both related to the solution of the problems of the teachers in the learning and teaching process, the problem of the principal in developing safety and other issues related to and oriented to improving the quality of education. The process and technique of educational supervision is necessary and very important to be applied and applied properly and correctly in educational institutions, because in the second case it will also discuss the quality of schools.
