educational supervision has long been known in the world of education in Indonesia. Understanding education supervision generally refers to efforts to improve the situation of teaching and learning. However, it seems that there is still a large variety of opinions in interpreting the term. And this will bring different implications in its implementation. Building the quality of education continues to be done, both by the government and the school as education providers. In an effort to meet the needs and demands of society on the quality of education and simultaneously as a response to the changes of life very quickly in the era of globalization. For that reason researchers need research on improving the quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in the integrated quality management in the District Kepengawasan Cluster 05 District Magersari Mojokerto City. This research uses action research for three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting each of which consists of four stages: design, activity and observation of reflection and revision. The target of this research is Master of Kepengawasan District School Cluster 05 Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City 15 people. The data obtained in the form of the results of supervision assessment of teaching and learning process. The success of the learning process in cycle III shows that the cycle can be stopped because it has met the target of> 70%. This is evident from the average increase in teacher performance per cycle. The conclusions of this research are: The quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in integrated quality management in Kepengawasan Area School Cluster 05 Magersari Sub-district Mojokerto City has increased, it can be seen from the average of teacher performance improvement from 65,87 percent in cycle I, to 76.67 in Cycle II and increased to 82.86 percent in Cycle III.

The learning process is essentially to develop the activities and creativity of students through various interactions and learning experiences. The teacher is the most important factor in the process of improving the quality of education. In addition, student learning activeness is also an important basic element for the success of the learning process. The quality and activeness of students in learning at school has a lot of diversity which makes students have different levels of understanding, this needs to be a concern for the school, especially teachers as teachers and educators of students in schools. The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which students' ability to undergo the learning process as well as a reference and evaluation material for the school in the success of educators when carrying out the teaching and learning process. In this study the data were sourced from the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Andalas Cendekia Dharmasraya which consisted of several variables, namely the presence of student data, Academic value (knowledge), Psychomotor value (skills), Affective value (spiritual and social). In grouping the data, the appropriate method in this study is the Clustering method with the K-Means Algorithm. The results of this study obtained 3 groupings of students, namely students who are very active, students who are active and students who are less active. This research is used as a guideline for teachers in the field of study in selecting students to participate in competitions and Olympics, and can be used as a benchmark for schools of the ability of educators in the teaching and learning process.

This article describe about Infrastructure Administration School. Infrastructure is an important component in the education system. Sometimes the community even assesses the quality of education of a school by looking at its infrastructure, schools that have large, classy buildings, equipment, and teaching and learning equipment that are complete and modern are often regarded as quality schools. Although it is not entirely true, it cannot be denied that the success of the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is more or less influenced by the condition of educational infrastructure available in the classroom. If the school has complete educational infrastructure, the teacher can carry out learning optimally and students can learn optimally. School infrastructure is an supporting factor that cannot be ignored if you want quality education services.
