This article describe about the effect of school relations with the community on school progress. School relations with the community will have an impact on school progress, because more or less the community also has a stake in the implementation of educational goals. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about the effect of school relations with the community on school progress. This research uses the literature study method by collecting books, journals and other sources related to the material the influence of shool relations with the community on school progress. It can be said that the relationship between the school and the community is very influential on the progress of the school, because the community is one of the most important components in education. If cooperation is estabilished, a good relationship between the school and the community will automatically affect the progress of the school.

The research titled is "relationship between tourism investors and lokal communities in Desa Pakraman Laplapan Petulu Village (Case Study Social Conflict)", purpose to understand the relationship undertaken by tourism investors with lokal communities that happened in the Ubud tourist destination. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Infoman taken by purposive, which determine the informan with a certain considerations that are considered able to provide data to the maximum in accordance with the criteria of the research objectives. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. An important concept in the study include the concept of Typology Relations Styling in 3 Zone which consists of the outer zone, the middle zone and center zone. The results of this study indicate that, Desa Pakraman Laplapan as a region lies in the outer zone. Relationships that lived between tourism investors and lokal communities in Desa Pakraman Laplapan patterned conflictual. This pattern is shown by the regulation provided by the lokal community to tourism investors who are less rational. As for the view of the conflict is a way to snatch for limited resources. And one of them is the economic resource owned by the investor. Styling tourism investor relations with the lokal community in Desa Pakraman Laplapan has been sticking to the surface of the endless conflict. In this case, the farmer must make good relationship with tourism investors because it would help to farmers.   Keywords: Relationship, Investors, Lokal Communities, Conflict

The success of Islamic education is a joint effort of Islamic educational institutions, government and society. One of the supporting factors for the achievement of educational goals is good management of educational institutions. Supervision is one of the functions of education management. Artistic supervision as a form of supervision of educational institutions functions to provide assistance to teachers in the form of direction and guidance for improving the learning process. The implementation of artistic supervision needs to be maximized in Islamic educational institutions, so that it is not incidental. The purpose of this study is to analyze artistic supervision in Islamic education management. The research method used is literature study. Data were collected through documentation which was then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research found that the actualization stages of artistic supervision in Islamic education management include planning, implementing, and evaluating based on Islamic values that are sourced from the Al Quran and Hadith; supervision is a collaboration of the principal, supervisors, expert supervisors, and external supervisors. Supervision can be carried out individually or in groups. Implement and follow-up supervision that humanizes the relationship to support the achievement of the goals of Islamic education supervision.
