This research is concerned to elaborate new potential tourist attraction in Desa Pemo Taman Nasional Kelimutu. Desa Pemo has special attraction that is authentic and unique related with nature and culture. The method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. The data collected through in depth interviews with Head of Desa Pemo, Representative of Taman Nasional Kelimutu management, community member, and tourist. The data analyzed using IFAS EFAS analysis and SWOT analysis. The result shows that Desa Pemo has a authentic and unique attraction from the beauty of nature, culture, and hospitable community. Desa Pemo is classified in Quadrant I which means needs to take advantage of external opportunities, overcome internal weaknesses and avoid external threats.  Keywords: Development Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Community-Based Ecotourism

   These project are done for  discussing the culinary tourist marketing at the tourism industry by identifying some of  East Timor’s traditional foods that could be developed as a culinary destination. Local culinary has a good potential to be developed and can be used as a tourist product to attract tourist for a pay visit in East Timor by the reason of foods and drinks diversity and in East Timor. The purpose of this project is to know the culinary tourist marketing as a tourism business and attract tourists in Dili, East Timor. Data gathering techniques which is used to collects in this project are observation, interview, and documentary studies and this project using primary and secondary data.  The study also employs qualitative data and will be analysis with qualitative techniques methods of marketing and is made up on four (4p) marketing structure. In this project has been used concepts that are related like marketing strategies, the culinary tours, the traditional foods, tourist destination, gastonomic theory, and marketing theory. The conclusion on these research are to discover certain local culinary potential that have been exploited as a culinary tourist destination. Tourist marketing that could developed tradional foods from East Timor should be give to East Timor’s sustainability. Keywords :  Marketing Strategies, Culinary Tourism, Traditional Food.

This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

Padar Island as one of the main tourist attraction is part of Komodo National Park in Labuan Bajo. Its tourism potential become more in demand compared to Komodo and Rinca Island. The practice of tourism in this Komodo National Park area does not readily claim the management of tourism especially. The focuses of the Office Komodo National Park are conservation and preservation.  This study uses primary and secondary data sources with qualitative and quantitative data types. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documents with the determination of informants using purposive procedure techniques, and use data analysis qualitatively.  The result of this study answer three main problems raised, namely the first on the tourism profile of Padar Island relate to the basis of attraction, accessibility, amenities and ancillary. The second is relate to tourism management including demand and supply, the influence of tourism on natural conditions, forms of interaction of tourist with local communities and benefits gained by the community with tourism activities on Padar Island and the third is relate to resource management strategies on Padar Island by parties Komodo National Park.   Keywords: Profile, Tourism, Management, Strategy, Resource

Agro-tourism is an alternative tourism activity that relies on plantations and agriculture as its main attraction. Along with the development of tourism, agro-tourism has now become an economic driving commodity for the surrounding community, so that agro-tourism is increasingly taken into account in the world of tourism. The development of an agro-tourism can not be separated from the evolutionary process that occurs through various stages of the beginning of the tourist attraction built until now. This study aims to determine the evolution of developments in Satria Agrowisata. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting data collection techniques through online interview as primary data, and conducting online observations as secondary data. The results show that Satria Agrowisata can adapt well to the various changes that exist and continue to innovate in order to survive in the world of tourism until now. In Darwin's theory of evolution, he put forward two key words in his theory, natural selection and adaptation. Natural selection as a mechanism for evolutionary change, and adaptations that occur in its development over time.   Keyword: Evolution, Agrotourism, Satria Agrowisata, Bali.

           Toya devasya is tourist attraction located ini Kintamani subdistrict, Bangli regency. Domestic tourist and international tourist very interested with toya devasya, we should give an appreciation due to management, strategy and travel products, toya devasya felt very fast to built its identity, very interesting and give multiple impact to the local community. Toursm activities have very interesting that sustainability must be pursued. Secondary sources show that the management has made a good effort to manage and establish harmony with the local community. This situation must be pursued for the sustainability of tourism development Method of this research is literature study and the data are qualitative and quantitative, the data source is secondary data by using article tourism science, book and the internet source. The results obtained is the toursm activitiy has not had a positive impact to the local community and the management seem like they are not involved the community in making a decisions, policy maker, to get a benefit from toursm activities. Tukad Bindu at first was well-known as the dirty river and contained tons of household waste thrown away by society. Nevertheless, since 2018 it became one of recreation center in Denpasar City. Many activities carried out currently and the more crowded Tukad Bindu becomes, it is necessary to conduct a research which is expected to be able to perceive the characteristic and the meaning of recreation in Tukad Bindu to be a consideration for further development. The research method used is qualitative method with qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. The data resource of this research is from primary and secondary data. Data collection technique is conducted by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sample determination is committed by accidental sampling using nonprobability sampling technique. Informant determination is committed by purposive sampling procedure.The result of this research indicates that progress level of Tukad Bindu is start on the development stage. The characteristics of Tukad Bindu visitors are perceived from socio-demographic characteristic, demographic characteristic, and psychographic characteristic turns out to be very diverse. The meaning of visitors’ recreation after having recreation in Tukad Bindy mostly are social meaning. Community should keep supporting activities committed by Tukad Bindu Foundation, particularly the youths there. It is expected that Tukad Bindu Foundation continues to hold regular annual events, such as Pekan Nusantara. Academics should synergize with each other in order to create an integrated recreation area among the fields of fishery, agriculture, and tourism.  Keyword:  Characteristics, The Meaning of Recreation, Leisure and Recreation

Visitors of Wipersnondi Lake had great hope of fulfilling their comfort when they arrived at the tourism sites, in fact the performance felt by visitors cannot satisfy all the expectations of visitors and had  impact  on their satisfaction and convenience. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of tourist visitors to the availability of elements of tourism products, and to find out its developments strategy. To answer the research problem, the analysis technique used is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of research based on CSI show that visitors are not satisfied with the performance of tourism products at Wopersnondi Lake.  Based on the results of the IPA analysis, the main priorities for tourism development in Wopersnondi Lake are increasing affordability and opening of public transport routes, improving cleanliness and increasing the number of toilets, specifically at the lake location, providing road directions to the location, and building health facilities like public health centers around Wopersnondi Lake. Furthermore, the unique aspects of  Wopersnondi Lake that must be maintained are the beautiful view at the tourist location, the comfort of the tourist attraction, the coolness, the cleanliness, the quality of the road to the lake, the parking lot area, and the availability of trash cans are things that have actually been felt and have created comfort and  good experience for visitors to Wopersnondi Lake.  This development must support the development of other tourism products.. Sipiso-piso Waterfall located in Karo District, North Sumatra can be used as a superior attraction because it has great potential to be developed compared to other attractions around Lake Toba because this waterfall is one of the most popular tourist attractions. However, there are several obstacles on the development of Sipiso-piso Waterfall tourism such as tourism stakeholders who do not cooperate well such as the provision of supporting facilities that should be provided by the tour manager, namely the Karo District government instead, provided by the local community. Based on this phenomenon, it is necessary to know the management of Sipiso-piso Waterfall and how much participation of local people in the management of Sipiso-piso Waterfall. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to To find out how to manage Sipiso-piso waterfall in Karo District, North Sumatra To find out how far the participation of local people in the management of Sipiso-piso waterfall. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature. Determination of informants using Purposive Sampling techniques. The results of this research is that the  community in the management of Sipiso-Piso Water Tourism Attraction at the planning stage is at the encouraged participation type, at the community organizing stage is at the spontaneous participation as well as at the mobilization stage, while at the community supervision stage is at the encouraged participation type.   Keywords: participation, development, local community

The strategy forming tourist attraction to attract repeating guest is by developing entertainment tourism which offers sense of pleasure, satisfaction, and valuable experience. Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance in Outer Area Uluwatu Temple was recognized as the most famous entertainment forms by domestic visitors. This aim of study is to identifying characteristics and measuring perception of domestic visitors to Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance based on seven operational dimensions of entertainment tourism (Learning, Enjoyment, Escape, Refreshment, Novelty, Involvement, and Local Culture). The research used qualitative method with data collection techniques are questionnaire (number of samples were 65 respondents) and literature study. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis with continuum lines. The results showed that the perception of 65 domestic visitors for entertainment tourism in Uluwatu Temple were strongly agreed on Learning (277.5) and Enjoyment (285). While perception that were agreed are Escape (227), Refreshment (248.5), Novelty (259.25), Involvement (266), and Local Culture (272.33). In determining the dominant indicators of each dimension of entertainment tourism, the author uses the highest frequency capacity value. The three dimensions with highest average value are Enjoyment (285), Learning (277.5), and Local Culture (272.33). The administrator Outer Area Uluwatu Temple emphasize strategies that can maintain the three dimensions of entertainment tourism that have a dominant value, which is the Enjoyment dimension, Learning dimension, and the Local Culture dimension.   Keyword: Visitor Perception, Socio-demographic Characteristics, Entertainment Tourism, Domestic Visitors
