Abstract INCO-WELD A Electrode is a nickel-base alloy developed for shielded metal-arc welding of INCONEL alloys 600 and 601 and INCOLOY alloy 800H to be exposed to elevated temperatures (up to about 1600 F). This electrode also is used widely for various dissimilar combinations of austenitic and ferritic steels and high-nickel alloys in all positions. It is similar to INCO-WELD A Electrode (Alloy Digest Ni-305, November 1984) except that it is designed for use with alternating current to minimize magnetic arc blow. Abstract INCONEL Welding Electrode 112 is a nickel-base alloy that is used for welding INCONEL alloys 625 and 601 and INCOLOY alloy 800H. It is also used for surfacing steel and various corrosion-resistant alloys such as HUNTINGTON alloys G and 9041. Abstract Nickel Welding Electrode 141 is used for shielded-metal-arc welding of Nickel 200 and Nickel 201, welding the clad side of nickel-clad steel and surfacing of steel. This electrode also is used for dissimilar welding, including joints between Nickel 200 and 201 and various iron-base and nickel-base alloys. The weld metal deposited from Nickel Welding Electrode 141 has good resistance to corrosion, especially in alkalies. The electrode can be operated in all positions.
