Abstract Dishub Surabaya and traffic Unit Polrestabes Surabaya partners  do speeding tickets through CCTV to reduce traffic violations in traffic and prevent accidents frequently happened. For the socialization of the press role is required so that residents will know  this new traffic regulation. The way of the spread CCTV by the way to traffic gridlock around the continuously to be done in make the community become disciplined in the traffic signs and regulations. The underlying theory is a theory of mass communication, theory of hypodermic needle theory, S-O-R theory, discipline theory, theories of adolescence. The methodology that was used this research is quantitative methods with type of correlational quantitative. In this research that are samples are teenagers klampis semalang 96 respondents. From the results of statistics done shows that significantly is the cctv news traffic to discipline attitude traffic in teenagers Klampis Semalang Urban village Klampis Ngasem in Sukolilo Surabaya city. PurposeThis article explores the influence of education and experience on the time to the top in family and non-family CEOs who work for Latin American family firms.Design/methodology/approachIn order to achieve these objectives, this study draws upon human capital theory as well as career and family firm literature. The careers of 129 CEOs of family firms who form part of the América Economía ranking were analyzed and quantitative methods were used.FindingsIn Latin American family firms, family CEOs reach the top faster than their non-family counterparts. In addition, the influence of human capital variables on the way to the top differs between the two groups. For family CEOs, obtaining a graduate degree delays the way to the top, while for non-family ones, it reduces the time to the top. As regards experience, for promoted family CEOs, the greater the percentage of the career spent in the organization they lead, the shorter the time to the top. No support was found for either the influence of having worked for just one firm or having had elite graduate education abroad, in multilatina CEOs.Practical implicationsIndividual career management suggestions for future CEOs as well as specific guidelines for talent managers are proposedOriginality/valueThis is the first study to explore the influence of human capital indicators on the time to the top in Latin American family firm CEOs.

In the five volumes of his first collected works he presents himself as an author of cycles. The present paper draws several conclusions from reading those five volumes, from various “mistakes” (made by the publishing house or/and by the press), as well as from the way we perceive his style, his writing, and his capabilities.

"This article tries to understand what type of film is approved by the Nicolae Ceauşescu regime and how it is promoted, through various propaganda channels. In this sense, we choose to discuss the film made by the artistic couple Manole Marcus - Titus Popovici, The Power and The Truth (1972), and we resort to a content analysis to understand the way it was made. We are also interested in the echoes of the film in the press of the time and how with the help of newspaper articles the authorities inoculate the idea that this film is the most important cinematographic achievement of the moment, a benchmark for political productions to be made from that point on. Matt Taibbi's “Hate, Inc.: Why Today's Media Makes Us Despise Each Other” (OR Books 2021) might make you angry, but it will make you think. Taibbi's takedown of commercial media, now updated in a post-election edition, offers a striking critique of the news media's slow but steady slide toward polarization “…skewed by a toxic mix of political and financial considerations” (20). Taibbi convincingly argues, using both historical and modern examples along with personal experience, that the press sells people on a simplified worldview where the two political parties are in a constant and perpetual conflict about everything. While Taibbi does offer some advice for independent-minded journalists seeking to navigate the current media landscape, audiences are left with little in the way of solutions, other than to stop reading (and watching) the news.

This research aims to investigate the rhetorical structures of the introduction sections of Pakistani research theses at postgraduate level. The corpus of study contains 32 “Introduction” sections of Pakistani research theses from two faculties: Humanities and Sciences. The faculty of Sciences include theses from disciplines of Zoology, Chemistry, Botany and Biochemistry, whereas the faculty of Humanities include theses of Mass Communication, English, Gender Studies and Computer Studies. Both qualitative and quantitative methods including textual analysis and frequency percentages have been used for data analysis. The online software Compleat Lexical Tutor(Cobb.2015) was employed to extract the sentence units of the data. A hand tagged move analysis was conducted by following Swales’ Model (2004) as a reference framework. All the instances of moves and steps were calculated to explore the rhetorical variation across two faculties. Findings of the study disclosed that Pakistani authors follow their own pattern of Move 1 (Establishing the research territory) along with the variation in frequency of its constituent steps across two faculties. The demarcation between two faculties has revealed that, in the field of sciences, there is a stronger use of topic generalization than in humanities. Moreover, the inter-textual links to prior research in the field of sciences are provided more frequently than in the field of humanities. However, scholars from the faculty of Humanities represent their stance by claiming relevance of the field.

El estreno de Les Contes d’Hoffmann, ópera de Jacques Offenbach, fue central para la difusión de la obra literaria de Hoffmann en México. A partir de la interpretación de las notas, críticas y anuncios aparecidos en la prensa se ha reconstruido el proceso de recepción de esta obra; un ejemplo ilustrativo de la forma en la que esta clase de espectáculos llegó a formar parte del gusto del público y un fenómeno que permite entender cómo se leyó la obra del alemán y dar cuenta del proceso de asimilación de su obra en México.The premiere of Les Contes d’Hoffmann, Jacques Offenbach’s opera, was central for the dissemination of Hoffmann’s literary work in Mexico. The reception of this work has been reconstructed from the interpretation of the notes, criticisms and announcements appeared in the press. This process is an illustrative example of the way in which this kind of shows became part of the public’s taste; also a phenomenon that allows us to understand how the work of the German was read and its assimilation in Mexico.

Neste artigo são apresentados e discutidos os problemas socioambientais do Morro da Mariquinha – comunidade inserida no maciço central de Florianópolis. Foram realizadas entrevistas e levantamento de notícias em jornal e do histórico da ocupação, posteriormente, foi feita uma análise do modo como a mídia retrata o morro e foi elaborado um perfil da comunidade dentro dos aspectos analisados. Socio-environmental aspects in the Mariquinha’s Mount at Florianópolis/SC Abstract This article analyzes the socio-environmental problems in the Mariquinha´s Mount; inserted community in the central bulk of Florianópolis. Interviews had been carried through and survey of news in newspapers survey of job history, later, was made an analysis concerning the way as the press shows the mount and a profile of the situation in the community was elaborated.
