El marketing es el proceso por el que las empresas crean valor para los clientes y construyen fuertes relaciones con los mismos para así obtener el valor de ellos a cambio de satisfacer las necesidades de manera rentable. La Social Media Marketing sirve para promover conversaciones con el mercado y la sociedad, que respeten los principios de la Web Social, y así tener el poder de acceder al sitio web o red social de la empresa para conocer acerca de sus productos y servicios, conocer las opiniones de otros clientes, solicitar información específica, hacer pedidos, pagar online y comentar hacer de su experiencia. Hoy en día las empresas basan su estrategia de posicionamiento y generación de demanda online. También gestionan sus campañas y estrategias para atraer al usuario y generar nuevas experiencias, las organizaciones deben determinar las necesidades, deseos e intereses de los mercados meta y proporcionar las satisfacciones deseadas de manera más efectiva y eficiente que la de los competidores, de tal manera que mantenga o mejore el bienestar del consumidor y de la sociedad Cada vez se está más conectados en la tecnología con los dispositivos, en la mayoría de los usuarios pueden ver a distancias las maravillas de los lugares turísticos e interactuar con ellos de manera digital para luego hacerlo real.

Nowadays social media and brand communities provide virtual places where the consumers can publicize their opinions about products and services and play an active role as marketers, advertisers, value creators through electronic word-of-mouth. Since most of the times these dynamics flow out of business control, in order to pursue firms' objectives, managers and marketers operating in many sectors look at the web social community with growing interest. The present chapter presents a system-wide analysis of the links and feedback mechanisms between the different aspects of value co-creation through social media marketing and brand communities. For the purpose, it is proposed a qualitative model built according to the principles of System Dynamics, a computer-aided methodology for policy analysis and design. Causal loop & stock-and-flows structures integrate the socioeconomic feedbacks between key variables, selected according to relevant literature, social media and brand communities observations, interview to consumer influencers.

Apresentam-se as perceções dos profissionais da informação das bibliotecas académicas portuguesas face à adoção do conceito social media marketing. Os resultados foram obtidos, através da aplicação de um questionário online à Rede de Informação do Instituto Nacional de Estatística em Bibliotecas do Ensino Superior (Portugal). Conclui-se que apesar dos profissionais da informação reconhecerem o valor da participação das bibliotecas académicas na web social e da sua utilização visando o marketing, ainda são poucas as organizações que apresentam uma participação nas plataformas sociais, em concreto no facebook, com um ritmo de publicação regular, com regras de normas e estilos de utilização e que procedem à sua monitorização e avaliação. Conclui-se também que à estratégia de marketing carecem estudos de perfis dos utilizadores, incluindo a análise dos respetivos comportamentos informacionais, face a este contexto que se impõe na web social.

Social media is one of the information media that is currently widely used by several companies and personally to convey information, with the presence of social media companies no longer need to spread offers through print media, they can use information technology tools in this case social media to submit offers the products they sell to users globally through social media. This social media marketing technique is the process of reaching visits by internet users to certain sites or public attention through social media sites. Marketing activities using social media are usually centered on the efforts of a company to create content that attracts attention, thus encouraging readers to share the content through their social media networks. The application of the QMS method is certainly not only submitted through search engine webmasters, but also on a website keywords must be applied that relate to the contents of the website content, because with the keyword it will automatically attract visitors to the university website based on keyword phrases that they type in the search engine. With Search Media Marketing Technique (SMM) is one of the techniques that must be applied in conducting sales promotions, especially in car dealers in Bandung, it is considered important because each product requires price, feature and convenience socialization through social media so that sales traffic can increase. Each dealer should be able to apply the techniques of Social Media Marketing (SMM) well so that car sales can reach the expected target and provide profits for sales as car sellers in the field.
