Aplikasi Potensi Bencana Alam Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kab.Sumedang

Dalam penyusunan laporan penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Dengan metode ini pengembangan dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak BPBD kabupaten Sumedang. Setelah data-data yang dibutuhkan terkumpul dilanjutkan dengan design system, koding dan testing, penerapan / pengujian program, dan yang terakhir yaitu pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu prosedur pengolahan data beserta aplikasi potensi bencana alam Kabupaten Sumedang. Aplikasi yang dibangun termasuk kedalam jenis aplikasi desktop dan dibuat menggunakan aplikasi VB.Net 2010 dengan database Mysql. Aplikasi yang dibuat juga bersifat multi hak akses serta dapat membuat laporan dengan cepat dan tepat. Dengan dibuatnya prosedur pengolahan data beserta aplikasi potensi bencana alam Kabupeten Sumedang ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terkait masalah yang ada di BPBD kabupaten sumedang khususnya pada seksi pencegahan dan kesiapsiaagaan. Dengan ini pula diharapkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat menjadi lebih meningkat dan kerugian akibat potensi bencana alam yang mungkin terjadi dapat diminimalisir.

Desain dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Akademik (Studi Kasus STAI Sebelas April Sumedang)

The Information System that runs at STAI Sebelas April Islamic High School Sumedang, which in processing its academic data still uses a simple computerized system. Although it has been supported by computers but only uses office standards (Microsoft Office Excel and Word) so that it allows a lot of errors in processing academic data. And cause the academic services provided by STAI Sebelas April Sumedang to be less efficient, and lead to difficulties in finding data and taking up relatively long time in making reports. To help in resolving these problems, it is necessary to have a new academic information system so that any work related to data processing can be reduced by the level of error and can provide satisfactory services to system users.

The application of Information Technology has entered various fields and the benefits have begun. This encourages some Information technology developers to develop existing processes in the company to utilize information technology. One area that utilizes this technology is companies in the field of hospitals / clinics. Information technology is used from various sectors including hospital administration, hospital patient queues, inpatient management management and others. In this study the application of the use of information technology is done by making an application about the registration and queue of patients. This application can help the administration of the registration section of the Pakuwon General Hospital so it is hoped that with this technology patients can be helped in terms of time when they go to poly at Pakuwon Hospital. Because the current system is facing various obstacles and problems. The purpose of this study is to implement an application for registration and queuing of patients so that patients who will seek treatment when they come to poly immediately get a queue number. This will have an impact on people's waiting time also in getting the queue number. This application is built with internet and mobile-based computer technology. Application Registration and queue of patients is built using the PHP programming language with framework code igniter supported by MySQL database. Users can access this application by using the app launcher on Android. This application is divided into 3 types of applications, namely applications with access rights as patients, applications with access rights as a bag. Registration, application with access rights as a Physician Assistant. These three applications have connectivity in the data flow.

Computers become important items in every documentation activity. With the existence of a computer system, it is expected that all problems related to academic documentation can be resolved properly and effectively. The virtual world is a necessity for the people of the present century, because through this virtual world all obstacles related to distance and time can be overcome as much as possible.This study analyzes the extent to which the use of one drive in school managerial activities can improve performance at the institution. The methods used are field observations, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. In essence, this research is to look for differences in performance before using one drive and after using it, where this analysis uses a different test method, so that conclusions can be made on the effectiveness and efficiency aspects of using this one drive system.

ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RESIKO SISTEM KEAMANAN IDS (INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM) DENGAN FRAMEWORK NIST (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY) SP 800-30 (STUDI KASUS DISINFOLAHTAAU MABES TNI AU)

IDS (Intrusion Detection System) adalah sistem komputer (bisa merupakan kombinasi software dan hardware) yang berusaha melakukan deteksi penyusupan. IDS akan melakukan pemberitahuan saat mendeteksi sesuatu yang dianggap sebagai mencurigakan atau tindakan ilegal. IDS tidak melakukan pencegahan terjadinya penyusupan. Pengamatan untuk melakukan pemberitahuan itu bergantung pada bagaimana baik melakukan konfigurasi IDS. Software Agent (selanjutnya disebut agent saja) adalah entitas perangkat lunak yang didedikasikan untuk tujuan tertentu. NIST (National Institute of Standard and Technology) Special Publication (SP) 800-30 adalah panduan manajemen risiko untuk sistem teknologi informasi yang terstandarisasi oleh Pemerintah Pusat Amerika Serikat. Metodologi ini dirancang untuk menjadi suatu perhitungan kualitatif dan didasarkan pada analisis keamanan yang cukup sesuai dengan keinginan pemilik sistem dan ahli teknis untuk benar-benar mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi dan mengelola risiko dalam sistem TI. Proses ini sangat komprehensif, meliputi segala sesuatu dari ancaman sampai dengan sumber identifikasi untuk evaluasi berkelanjutan dan penilaian. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih untuk analisis manajemen resiko dari aplikasi Cybersensor sebagai IDS yaitu dengan menganalisis resiko apa saja yang terjadi di masa yang akan datang, dalam hasil analisis ini akan membuat sebuah laporan untuk dilaporkan kepada pihak manajemen untuk sebagai acuan kejadian-kejadian yang telah terjadi ataupun belum terjadi sehingga lebih waspada saat sebuah serangan terjadi. Cybersensor sendiri dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Python serta penggabungan dengan aplikasi Snort .

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Di Polsek Rancaekek

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pengarsipan saat ini yaitu kesulitan dalam pencarian surat, terjadinya kehilangan atau kerusakan data, serta sulitnya membuat laporan jika sewaktu-waktu diperlukan. Dilihat dari permasalahan diatas maka dibutuhkan program aplikasi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa dan merancang sistem informasi pengarsipan ini adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Adapun implementasi dan perancangan yang penulis gunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan Flow Map, Data Flow Diagram, Structure Chart, Diagram E-R, Flow Chart, dan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Visual Studio 2010 serta Microsoft Access 2010 sebagai databasenya. Perancangan sistem informasi pengarsipan ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan Kepala Seksi Umum (Kasium) dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan pengarsipan seperti pencarian data arsip, mengantisipasi terjadinya kerusakan dan kehilangan data, serta memudahkan dalam membuat laporan jika sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.
