The article presents selected results of analytical and design works undertaken at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) in the field of building a computer support and software lifecycle management system that is critical for flight safety. The aim of the work undertaken is to develop methods and carry out verification and testing in order to detect errors in the developed avionics software for compliance with the requirements of the DO-178C standard and its production, certification, and implementation on board aircraft. The authors developed an original computer system within the implemented requirements used in the construction and certification of avionic onboard devices and their software (among others, DO-254, DO-178C, AQAP 2210, ARP 4761, ARP 4754A). The conducted analysis involved three basic groups of avionics software development processes, i.e., software planning, creation, and integration. Examples of solutions implemented in the constructed computer system were presented for each of these process groups. The theoretical basis of the new method for predicting vulnerabilities in the software implemented within integrated avionic systems using branching processes is discussed. It was demonstrated that the possibility of predicting vulnerabilities in future software versions could have a significant impact on assessing the risk associated with software safety in the course of its lifecycle. It was indicated that some of the existing quantitative models for analyzing software vulnerabilities were developed based on dedicated software data, which is why actual scenario implementation may be limited. DO-178C standard requirements for the process of developing avionics software were implemented in the helmet-mounted flight parameter display system constructed at AFIT. The requirements of the DO-178C and AQAP 2210 standards were shown to be met in the example of the software developed for a graphics computer, managing the operating modes of this system.

In this paper the author suggests a methodological toolkit for assessing the sustainability of the investment and construction complex at the meso-level of management. To ensure the sustainable development of the investment and construction complex, it is necessary to maintain the effective industrial structure that ensures the achievement of social effects, assists to preserving the trend of long-term economic growth and contributes to the increase in competitiveness of domestic construction enterprises. The methodological toolkit is based on the methods of the pricing theory and is necessary for the scientific substantiation of the accepted managerial decisions at the level of industrial management, for the formation of the optimal industrial structure, and for the development of effective methods of a tax policy. Practical implementation of methodological developments, conducted through the example of the regional investment and construction complex of the Voronezh region, allowed empirically to confirm the formulated principles of planning and implementing the organizational and economic changes in the management system of the investment and construction complex to ensure its sustainable development.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, private kindergartens in China have encountered a crisis of survival and development. Whether private kindergartens can successfully overcome difficulties is related to the development goal of preschool education and more children’s enrollment needs could be met in the future. In order to realize the sustainable development of private kindergartens, literature review and interview are adopted in this paper to analyze the practical difficulties faced by private kindergartens during the epidemic. The following suggestions are proposed from the perspective of kindergarten internal management: kindergarten principals should assume the responsibility of management, adopt a variety of ways to reduce the turnover rate of kindergarten teachers, and establish the crisis management system in response to outbreaks.

Started in 2007, the PN2 MEMDUR project’s main objective is to design, develop, test and implement in Dambovita County an advanced management system which has to assure the evaluation of the environmental risk in order to administrate the crises situations, in accordance with the demands required by the sustainable development on local, regional and national level. This paper tries to emphasize one of the most important parts of the project which manages the recorded data collected from the measuring workstations. Those workstations measure several parameters in fixed or mobile points.

As the enhancement of the economic level in our country, the quantity of motor vehicles and the end-of-life vehicles grows fast. The recycling of the end-of-life vehicle is the basic element for the sustainable development in automobile industry. At the same time, the disassembling of the end-of-life vehicle is an important link in the development of the automobile recycle economy and also an important mean to the resource recycling. So, a scientific and rational management system in vehicle disassembling can have a positive effect in building a resource conservation and environment friendly society. At present, many problems in motor vehicle recycling and disassembling have already restricted the development of the industry. Through the investigation of the present status of the end-of-life vehicle recycling and disassembling enterprise in Jiangsu province, the reason of those problems is analyzed, the method to solve those problems is discussed and put forward, and a new management system in motor vehicle recycling and disassembling is built. The research can provide instruction meaning and reference value to all the end-of-life vehicle recycling and disassembling enterprises.
