Topicality. The system of personnel management is a set of methods, technologies of work with personnel and includes the processes of recruitment, adaptation, development and training, motivation, evaluation, certification, etc. The effectiveness of the personnel management system and, consequently, achievement of the company's goals depends on from how efficiently these processes are carried out. At the moment, there is a certain specificity in the management of personnel, which should be taken into account when developing a human resource management system of the enterprise. On this basis, the improvement of the personnel management system of modern organizations is an important task, the solution of which is currently essential for domestic economic theory and practice. The urgency of the problem lies in ensuring the success of each business, in particular - preventing the problem before it arises. Therefore, by being aware of the specifics of the management for each employee, company can not only prevent a number of problems, but also improve the quality of services provided by the company, as well as reduce some of the costs. Aim and tasks. The purpose of this article is to develop theoretical, methodological and practical applications, which would substantiate the importance of cultural and economic factors in improvement of the personnel management system. Research results. The research, conducted based on the community in one of the well-known social networks, gave an undeniable result. Both factors - cultural and economic - have been identified as factors with great influence on employees of almost every sphere of the enterprise. In addition, more than half of respondents pointed to a number of problems that arose due to inadequate study of these factors on the company premises. Conclusions. Human resource management system in modern organizations can be improved, which will allow to increase the efficiency of managerial efforts, productivity of all employees in organization, and moreover, to increase the integral efficiency of the whole enterprise. The conducted research showed the need for in-depth study of cultural and economic factors in order to improve the human resource management system.

The article gives the study the transformation of leadership style in the era of the digital economy. The influence of digital companies, the personality of the manager, the peculiarities of work on the style of human resource management are considered. The article shows the current state, its change under the influence of digital companies, the personality of the leader, the features of work on the style of personnel management. The article specifies current status of people management and its change under such factors like the influence of digital companies, personality of the manager and work specifics. The purpose of the article is to find out the answers to the following questions: what was the management style before? What is the management style of the future? Are such factors like the personality of the manager, the specifics of the work, its importance and complexity, the level at which management is carried out effect on the leadership style? To answer these questions, the leadership style in one of the world’s leading companies was reviewed.

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pengembangan suatu perusahaan. Penggaturan angaran untuk sumber daya manusia membutuhkan bantuan dalam hal pencatatan maupun sistem yang akurat sehingga tidak ada kesalahan dan celah yang merugikan pihak perusahaan dan pegawai. Perancangan Website ini, bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan sistem Human Resource Administration dengan menggunakan jaringan intranet. Pembuatan akan dibantu dengan kerangka kerja untuk pembuatan website yang bernama Laravel guna memudahkan pembuatan serta pengembangan website kedepanya. Website ini juga dilengkapi dengan database MySql dan Semantic UI sebagai tampilan utama website

This article aims to identify the contributions that have been made by ideas from organization theory to our understanding of the organizational activity of human resource management — and its earlier ‘personnel management’ manifestation. Attention is also given to ways in which greater use might be made of organization theory in the analysis of HRM activities and processes in the future. HRM processes are organizational processes. They occur within all work organizations and they cannot be understood separately from the way in which organizations themselves are perceived.
