Considering the environmental impacts of utility activities and the lack of literature systematic understanding of the different factors affecting utility performance with a specific consideration of the environmental sphere, this article tries to bridge this gap conducting a literature review on factors affecting utility performance. An aspect of novelty of the paper is represented by the clusterization of literature (also useful for future studies) that considers the environmental sphere both among factors of influence and as performance dimensions. The analysis conducts to conclude that both as influencing factors and as performance dimensions, the environmental role should be more widely and deeply investigated by literature. The research highlights some managerial implications: the appointment of managers should consider their “green skills” as factor influencing performance of the utilities; the need to develop managerial tools to make the decision-making process effective and efficient also in the environmental sphere.

Ad personalization is becoming the dominant promotional tactic, further enhanced by new technologies applications. Greater efficiency is the main goal of such an advertising approach, but it can cause the appearance of the so-called “privacy paradox” that can induce negative consumer reactions in terms of avoiding such ads. This paper investigates the factors influencing the avoidance of personalized ads communicated through the social network Facebook. Part of the research model deals with the impact of perceived personalization, perceived irritation, and perceived privacy concerns on skepticism towards advertising and advertising avoidance. Furthermore, the empirical research was conducted on data collected through the Facebook and WhatsApp mobile applications. Following the obtained results, there is no negative effect of perceived personalization to skepticism towards advertising while it exists toward advertising avoidance. Furthermore, a positive effect of perceived irritation to skepticism towards advertising does not exist, but positive effects to ad avoidance do. The direct positive effect of perceived privacy concerns to skepticism and ad avoidance was not found. Also, skepticism about personalized ads was found not to be positively associated with avoiding personalized ads. In addition to new insights, the results can help design and implement promotional campaigns through social media technologies.

The purpose of the article is to identify trends and patterns of organization of the artistic space of the modern interior of the coworking center, as well as the creation of scientifically sound methods that argue appropriate ways to solve design problems in the field of aesthetics of the XXI century. Research methodology. The theoretical, structural, philosophical, and aesthetic method is applied; method of artistic and stylistic analysis to identify features of the interior design of Kyiv coworking centers; structural-semiotic method, which determines the artistic and figurative content in the interior design of modern coworking space. Scientific novelty. The main theoretical concepts that became the basis for defining the interior of the coworking center as a unique type of artistic space are considered; -an analysis of the basic spatial concepts developed by famous philosophers who understand it as an artistic space; identified and analyzed the features of artistic solutions in the process of designing working interiors of domestic coworking centers; the factors of influence on the artistic and figurative decision of the interior of the coworking space are determined. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of existing spatial concepts, it is determined that the space of a modern coworking center can be considered one of the types of artistic space and identify certain semantic categories (according to Gabrichevsky, Spengler, Heidegger, etc.). Characteristic techniques and means of artistic expression of modern interiors of coworking centers, which are related to the understanding of space as an artistic concept, reflect the idea of ​​its polyphony and determine the artistic and aesthetic principles of domestic interior coworking center in the first decades of the XXI century. The study found that in the interiors of modern Kyiv coworking spaces ("Magazine", "Platform" (Leonardo Business Center and Art Factory), "New Work Labs", "Kooperativ", "Hub 4.0", "Creative Quarter", "LIFT99 Kyiv Hub", "Anthill Space", "Lofti Space", "Creative States", "Toloka", "Garden - Smartwork") implemented Eurasian and European types of organization of artistic space. In conditions when own resources are limited, enterprises need cash receipts from investors, which will serve as a necessary complement to their own funds. For this reason, at the present stage, the relevance of scientific research and practical development in the field of research of investment attractiveness of enterprises is increasing. However, the issue of assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise has not yet been fully considered; there is no single theoretical and methodological base, which is due to the lack of an accurate interpretation of the term "investment attractiveness of an enterprise" itself, as well as the methodology and methodology for its assessment. Thus, the relevance of the study is due to the need to analyze and systematize existing approaches to the study of investment attractiveness of enterprises. In economic studies, investment attractiveness is understood as a complex indicator characterizing the feasibility of investing in an economic entity. The investment attractiveness of the enterprise depends both on external factors characterizing the level of development of the industry and the region in which the enterprise in question is located, and on internal factors - the results of the enterprise itself. Thus, an assessment of the investment attractiveness of an enterprise can be carried out by various methods aimed at identifying positive and negative factors of influence. The investment attractiveness of the enterprise is characterized by a set of indicators of its activity, which determines for the investor the area of the desired values of investment behavior. Investment attractiveness has a number of basic aspects: scientific, technical, commercial, environmental, institutional, social, financial and investment. The conclusions presented in the scientific article are the initial stage in the study of this topic.

The paper describes the composition of introduced species that form the collection fund of the Dendrological Park «Askania Nova», groups of arboreal plants are identified in connection with their ecological resistance. Information about the influence of abiotic and biotic factors on plant life is given, pest-resistant species are proposed for use. The tendencies of transformation of phytocenotic structure of the old park' s stands are noted. The directions of work on preservation of collection plantations and rare plants of different protection levels are described.

The article deals with the actual problems of modeling the processes for monitoring risks in transport. This monitoring involves determining the state of transport objects, as well as procedures for minimizing the consequences of situations caused by the onset of risks. The article discusses the problems of effective creation of system for monitoring of risks in transport based on the use of appropriate models. The article proposes modeling this system based on situational-semantic model. The approach proposed would contribute to recognition of risks and generation of management decisions to eliminate their consequences. The proposed situational-semantic model allows: to predict the behavior of complex transport objects and transport infrastructure objects; take into account the possibility of emergence of new transport objects and processes for ensuring their functioning in conditions of minimizing possible risks; respond adequately to local and global factors of influence on transport objects; dynamically change the structure of the system; take into account new data to predict the development and improvement of relevant transport objects; predict the development of processes to ensure minimization of risks and the consequences of them.

The article is devoted to the assessment of the impact of operational factors on the heat-protective performance of a package of materials of firefighter's combat clothing. The paper considers the influence of high humidity, compression of a package of materials, the presence of reflective elements in a package of clothing materials. The operational factors of influence on the heat-protective indicators of the package of materials of the firefighter's combat clothing, which reduce the protective action time by more than 3 times, are determined. The paper notes that it is the humidity and compression of the package of materials that change the nature of heating, which is due to an increase in the thermal conductivity of the layers when these factors affect the porous material.

The article considers modern economic categories of pricing policy and pricing strategy, which with some similarity have differences in practice. The definition of pricing policy and its importance in modern conditions is given. The basic elements of the pricing policy of enterprises are given. The aim of the study is to analyze the main factors that determine the pricing policy of an enterprise in modern conditions and the possibility of their competent use in practice. Methodologically, the study is aimed at an integrated approach to taking into account the most significant factors that determine an increase in the efficiency of an enterprise in post-crisis conditions, taking into account inflationary processes in the country's economy. As a result of the study, the factors under consideration are divided into the following groups: factors of the development of the market environment; factors of taking into account the strategic objectives of the enterprise development; factors of state control in the field of prices for goods and services; factors of characteristics of manufactured goods; factors of sustainable development of the enterprise; factors of influence of inflation on the pricing policy of the enterprise.

Based on the process approach, the article classifes the types of coordination tasks of different complexity and forms. Factors of influence on labor intensity of coordination tasks of activities and behavior are identifed. It is proposed to group factors of influence on the standard of manageability in connection with the solution of coordination tasks. The need and composition of the tasks of using informal relations and structure in coordination are justifed.

Today's commercial vehicles work in a very competitive environment, in an extremely active economic market and the requirements for the delivered performance make it imperative to study in detail each component element. In practice, all these aspects are found in the process of wearing the elements of different systems. Moreover, major changes are expected for the near future of motor vehicles in order to improve the ecological balance both by reducing the pollutant emissions of the propellants and by improving the percentage of recyclability and reduction of waste from maintenance (liquids and solutions such as oils, antifreeze or solutions with different detergents). In order to identify solutions to improve the mentioned problems, the current study analyses the types of wear identified in the elements of the braking system of commercial vehicles and their main factors of influence. The study is based on data obtained during analysis during operation for a number of trucks with different configurations.
