With the society needs of development, people are required to be more and more creative, because creativity is the origin, the core of social progress, and the unlimited motivation for the prosperous development of each nation. Moreover, creative education is the activity that helps learners nurture the spirit, ideas and creative capacity, is the "main way" to create creative people and thereby promote the development of society, bringing society becomes a creative one. The exploration for creative education in Vietnam is an issue that needs to be studied and evaluated in order to make recommendations on educational management in high schools. The article focuses on creative education and management issues in schools; analyze and assess the current status of creative education in Vietnam high schools in three regions, including Ha Noi, Nam Dinh and Quang Ninh through a survey for 190 teachers and 220 students from three high school levels about factors that create creative education, as well as the level of expression and relationship between the components of creative education, factors that impede creative education development in high schools, thereby making recommendations in educational management in Vietnam today.
