The Japanese and Taiwanese species of the genus CladiscusChevrolat, 1843 are reviewed. Two new species are described: C. hachijoensis sp. nov. from Japan (Hachijôjima Is.) and C. liaoi sp. nov. from Taiwan. Cladiscus pallidicornis Corporaal & van der Wiel, 1949 is recorded for the first time from Japan and C. weyersi Kraatz, 1899 from Taiwan. Cladiscus sanguinicollis (Spinola, 1844) is removed from the Taiwanese fauna, as its records are based on misidentification. The Japanese and Taiwanese members, plus C. thalassinus Murakami, 2017 from Borneo, Malaysia, are divided into two species groups based on the features of male and female genitalia.

The Prabhasa Moore, 1878 genus-group is reviewed. The male and female genitalia of Prabhasa venosa Moore, 1878, the type species of the genus, are described and illustrated for the first time. Two new genera, Macohasa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, gen. nov. and Chinasa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, gen. nov. and two new species, Macohasa cernyi Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, sp. nov. and Chinasa sapa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, sp. nov. are described for Prabhasa venosa sensu authors. Seven new combinations are established: Zadadra plumbeomicans (Hampson, 1894), comb. nov., Zadadra monastyrskyi (Dubatolov, 2012), comb. nov., Macohasa orientalis (Hampson, 1905), comb. nov., Macohasa tetraspila (Černý, 2009), comb. nov., Macohasa dimorpha (Hampson, 1918), comb. nov., Chinasa costalis costalis (Moore, 1878), comb. nov. and Chinasa costalis bicoloriceps (Strand, 1916), comb. nov.

Two new species of the genus Agrisius Walker, 1855, A. orhanti Volynkin, Dubatolov & Kishida, sp. n. and A. leloii Volynkin, Dubatolov & Kishida, sp. n. are described from South Laos and Vietnam respectively. A. orhanti sp. n. belongs to the A. japonicus Leech, 1889 species-group. Whereas, the male genitalia structure of A. leloii sp. n. is intermediate between those of the A. japonicus and the A. guttivitta Walker, 1855 species-groups, therefore, it is assigned to a separated species-group (the A. leloii species-group). Agrisius dubatolovi Orhant, 2012 is downgraded as a subspecies of A. japonicus: Agrisius japonicus dubatolovi Orhant, 2012, stat. nov. Female genitalia of species of the A. japonicus and most of the A. guttivitta species-groups are illustrated for the first time.

The genus Oryctopterus Karny, 1937 (Orthoptera, Stenopelmatidae, Oryctopinae) is reported from India for the first time and two new species, Ot. varuna sp. nov. and Ot. yeshwanthi sp. nov. are described. Male and female external genitalia of Ot. varuna sp. nov. and female genitalia of Ot. yeshwanthi sp. nov. are figured and described. Notes on seasonality, food habits and behavior of Ot. varuna sp. nov. are provided.

Six Japanese species of the genus Lecithocera Herrich-Schäffer, 1853 (Gelechioidea: Lecithoceridae) are treated: L. chersitis Meyrick, 1918; L. daebuensis Park & Lee, 1999; L. duplicata (Gozmány, 1978); L. tridentata Wu & Liu, 1993; L. fascimaculata sp. nov.; and L. fuscialaris sp. nov.. One species, L. duplicata (Gozmány, 1978), is reported for the first time from Japan. The male and female genitalia, wing venation, and adult appearance are illustrated for all the species.

The taxonomic position of Meganola cretacea (Hampson, 1914) is clarified and the species is transferred to the hitherto monotypic Oriental genus Ezishnola László, Ronkay & Witt, 2010: Ezishnola cretacea (Hampson, 1914) comb. nov. The male and female genitalia of E. cretacea are illustrated and described for the first time. Two new species from Zambia (E. inopinata sp. nov.) and Uganda (E. carcassoni sp. nov.) are described. 14 colour and 10 black and white diagnostic figures and a distribution map are provided.

Species of the tolutarius species group of the genus Stomodes Schoenherr, 1826 are revised. A redescription of the genus is provided and all available male and female genitalia are illustrated. Two new species, S. benedikti sp. n. and S. dodocunevi sp. n. from Greece, are described. A lectotype is designated for S. amorei Desbrochers des Loges, 1904. The redescriptions of the following species are provided: S. marocanus Hoffmann, 1956; S. muelleri Lona, 1922; S. leonhardi Wagner, 1912; S. letzneri Reitter, 1889 and S. tolutarius Schoenherr, 1826. S. muelleri is for the first time recorded for Macedonia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Greece; S. tolutarius for Macedonia, Bulgaria and Turkey. An identification key to species of the tolutarius species group is given.

The genus Punctulata Wang, 2006 is transferred from Oecophoridae to Autostichidae based on morphological characters and molecular data. Punctulata guangxiensis sp. nov. and P. novipalliptera sp. nov. are described as new based on the specimens collected in China. The females of P. palliptera Wang, 2006 and P. trunciformis Wang, 2006 are described for the first time. Images of male adults and male and female genitalia are provided for all the six Punctulata species along with a key to separate its species and a map showing their distribution.

The Philippine leafhopper genus Iposcopus Baker is redescribed. The male and female genitalia of I. breviceps and I. distanti are described and illustrated for the first time.        Baker (1915) established the genus Iposcopus and included two new species, I. breviceps and I. distanti (the type species) from the Philippines. Previously, only the external morphology and color have been described, not the genitalia. Here we first give a more complete description of the species, including male and female genitalia.

Two new species of the genus Stereodytis Meyrick, S. brevignatha sp. n. and S. acutidens sp. n. are described from China, and Stereodytis increta (Meyrick), comb. n. is transferred from Eulechria Meyrick. This first part of a world revision of the Usia Latreille and Parageron Paramonov, tribe Usiini Becker, covers the aberrant species Usia martini François, which is placed in its own species group, and all of the black-haired species. The subgenus Micrusia Evenhuis is redefined and Usia versicolor (Fabricius) and Usia martini François are placed in their own species groups. The 20 species in Micrusia are considered to be monophyletic despite many of them exhibiting strong divergence that obscures their affiliations. Of the 10 formerly available names that belong in the subgenus Micrusia, U. hyalipennis Macquart stat. rev., hitherto synonymised under U. versicolor, is reinstated as a full species while U. pallescens Becker syn. nov., is newly synonymised under U. ignorata Becker. Both sexes of all previously named species are redescribed, for U. carmelitensis Becker, U. hyalipennis, U. martini and U. syriaca Paramonov the male is described for the first time. Twelve new species are described, U. biconvexa sp. nov., U. crispa sp. nov., U. cryptocrispa sp. nov., U. dahli sp. nov., U. dilsi sp. nov., U. echinus sp. nov., U. falcata sp. nov., U. globicauda sp. nov., U. paracrispa sp. nov., U. susanae sp. nov., U. theodori sp. nov. and U. turaco sp. nov. more than doubling the total in Micrusia. Both the male and female genitalia of all 22 species treated in this part are illustrated in detail.
