Penggambaran pola arus secara horisontal dan vertikal dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ODV V.4.5.3, untuk menentukan pola arus horisontal dan vertikal di Laut Banda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dengan tujuan melakukan proses pengolahan dan menampilkan pola sirkulasi arus secara horisontal dan runtut waktu, melakukan proses pengolahan, menentukan zonasi pola arus secara horisontal, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pengolahan telah terlaksana dengan baik dan menampilkan pola sirkulasi arus secara horisontal. Hasil ditampilkan pula secara runtut waktu (rerata bulanan mewakili musim, bulan Januari (musim barat), bulan April (musim peralihan pertama), bulan Juli (musim timur), dan bulan Oktober (musim peralihan kedua). Total telah dihasilkan 20 Gambar grafikl.Dua zonasi pola arus utama secara horisontal di lapisan permukaan adalah alur arus yang menyusur di Selat Timor Timor dan alur arus yang menyusur Timur Laut Banda. Dimana pada alur arus lapisan permukaan dominan arah arus dari utara Laut Banda menuju ke selat Timor-timor, proses pengolahan pengGambaran pola arus dua dimensi dengan perangkat lunak ODV (Ocean Data View), data yang digunakan adalah data arus dua Dimensi ruang di Laut Banda dengan memberikan informasi serta karakteristik pola arus, serta menentukan zonasi pola arus di Laut Banda ditampilkan dalam bentuk Gambar Dua dimensi dengan menggunakan Perangkat lunak ODV v.4.5.3.

Energi listrik merupakan suatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam keberlangsungan kehidupan manusia. Kebutuhan akan energi listrik yang semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu memerlukan inovasi baru untuk menghasilkan energi listrik yang ramah lingkungan. Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) adalah metode untuk menghasilkan energi listrik menggunakan prinsip perbedaan temperatur antara laut dalam dan permukaan dengan selisih temperatur minimal sebesar 20C untuk menjalankan mesin kalor. Papua Barat merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia dengan elektrifikasi yang masih rendah. Letak Indonesia yang berada di wilayah tropis dengan perbedaan suhu air laut yang tinggi memiliki potensi untuk memanfaatkan metode OTEC dalam menghasilkan energi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi pemanfaatan OTEC di perairan sekitar Papua Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data suhu air laut dalam dan permukaan periode tahun 1955 – 2012 di dua belas titik di perairan sekitar Papua Barat. Data tersebut diperoleh dari World Ocean Atlas 2013 yang kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak olah data dan Ocean Data View (ODV). Hasil olah data didapatkan nilai efisiensi terbesar yaitu 7,67% dan terkecil yaitu 7,21%.

AbstractNon-typhoidal Salmonella associated with multidrug resistance cause invasive disease in sub-Saharan African. Specific lineages of serovars S. Typhimurium and S. Enteritidis are implicated. We characterised the genomic diversity of 100 clinical Non-typhoidal Salmonella collected from 93 patients in 2001 from the eastern and 2006 to 2018 in the western regions of The Gambia respectively. Phenotypic susceptibility applied Kirby Baur disk diffusion and whole genome sequencing utilized Illumina platforms. The predominant serovars were S. Typhimurium ST19 (31/100) and S. Enteritidis ST11 (18/100) restricted to invasive disease with the notable absence of S. Typhimurium ST313. Phylogenetic analysis performed in the context of 495 African strains from the European Nucleotide Archive confirmed the presence of the S. Enteritidis virulent epidemic invasive multidrug resistant West African clade. Multidrug resistance including chloramphenicol and azithromycin has emerged among the West African S. Enteritidis clade 7/9 (78%) with potential for spread, thus having important implications for patient management warranting systematic surveillance and epidemiologic investigations to inform control.Data summarySequences are deposited in the NCBI sequence reads archive (SRA) under BioProject ID:PRJEB38968. There are several different views of the role of information systems. Two of the most important are the data view and the communicative view. According to the data view, the primary purpose of an information system is to provide a model of a domain, thereby enabling people to obtain information about reality by studying the model. In this respect, an information system works as a repository of data that reflects the structure and behaviour of an enterprise, and the system provides data that can be used for decisions about the enterprise. In contrast, the communicative view states that the major role of an information system is to support communication within and between organisations by structuring and coordinating the actions performed by organisational agents. The system is seen as a medium through which people can perform social actions, such as stating facts, making promises, and giving orders. The data and communicative views of information systems are mirrored by two different views of organisations: the functional view and the constructional view (Dietz, 2003a). The functional view focuses on the functions of an organisation with respect to its environment, in particular, the resources that the organisation consumes and produces. A model of an organisation from a functional perspective is a black-box model, as it shows the interactions with the environment but not the internal mechanisms. The constructional view, on the other hand, focuses on how behaviour and function are brought about by the operations and structure of an organisation. A model of an organisation from a constructional perspective is a white-box model as it shows the inner workings of the organisation. In information systems design, the starting point has often been based on the data view and the functional view, though frequently augmented by concepts like reasoning and monitoring. However, these views easily lead to a computerand technology-biased management of the communication taking place in an organisation, and they benefit from being complemented by the communicative and constructional views. A promising theoretical foundation for these views is the language/action approach, which is based on theories from linguistics and the philosophy of language. In the language/action approach, business actions are modelled on the notions of speech acts and discourses, which provide a basis for distinguishing between different communication phases, such as preparation, negotiation, and acceptance. The purpose of this chapter is to outline how the language/action approach can be used as a basis for the information modelling of communicative aspects in organisations.

The materialized view approach is widely adopted in implementations of data warehouse systems in or-der for efficiency purposes. In terms of the construction of a materialized data warehouse system, some managerial problems still exist to most developers and users in the view resource maintenance area in particular. Resource redundancy and data inconsistency among materialized views in a data warehouse system is a problem that many developers and users struggle with. In this article, a space-efficient protocol for materialized view maintenance with a global data view on data warehouses with embedded proxies is proposed. In the protocol set, multilevel proxy-based protocols with a data compensating mechanism are provided to certify the consistency and uniqueness of materialized data among data resources and materialized views. The authors also provide a set of evaluation experiences and derivations to verify the feasibility of proposed protocols and mechanisms. With such protocols as proxy services, the performance and space utilization of the materialized view approach will be improved. Furthermore, the consistency issue among materialized data warehouses and heterogeneous data sources can be properly accomplished by applying a dynamic compensating and synchronization mechanism. The trade-off between efficiency, storage consumption, and data validity for view maintenance tasks can be properly balanced.

Perairan Indonesia merupakan wilayah yang menghubungkan dua samudera, yaitu Samudera Pasifik dengan Samudra Hindia, dengan fungsi utama sebagai jalur lalu lintas pelayaran yang penting bagi Negara-negara di kawasan regional maupun internasional. Purwarupa tersebut dibangun sesuai dengan perkembangan sistem Android yang terkini, dalam hal ini Application Programing Interface (API) sesuai dengan standar Platform Google saat ini. Aplikasi tersebut menampilkan data Parameter Suhu dan Parameter Salinitas terhadap Parameter Kedalaman yang berdasarkan karakteristik tahunan dan bulanan. Dataset pemodelan klimatologis tahunan dan bulanan hasil pengukuran dalam kurun waktu 1955–2012. Data tersebut ditampilkan di sebelas Wilayah Fusi Oseanografi (WFO) dan di seluruh perairan Indonesia. Pemutakhiran Web Database dengan menambahkan variabel Sound Speed terhadap kedalaman. Adapun alat yang digunakan adalah Ocean Data View (Schlitzer, 2015).
