Surveys for egg-parasitoid wasps were conducted in Rafsanjan, Iran, on two species of Pentatomidae (Hemiptera) found in pistachio orchards, Acrosternum arabicum Wagner and Brachynema signatum Jakovlev. Five species of Scelionidae (Platygastroidea) were recovered, including one that is here described as new: Psix saccharicola (Mani), Trissolcus colemani (Crawford), T. darreh Talamas sp. nov., T. perepelovi (Kozlov), and T. semistriatus (Nees). In addition to describing a new species, we report new host associations, provide COI barcodes for four of these species, and discuss host-related intraspecific variation in T. darreh and T. perepelovi.

Specimens of Gonatocerus virlai S. Triapitsyn, Logarzo & de León sp. n., which belongs to the ater species group of Gonatocerus Nees (Mymaridae), were reared in Argentina mostly from wild-collected and sentinel eggs of the sharpshooter Tapajosa rubromarginata (Signoret) (Cicadellidae: Cicadellinae: Proconiini) on citrus and corn plants. The distribution and host associations (both natural and laboratory) of G. virlai are given. Under quarantine laboratory conditions in the USA, it was successfully reared for many generations on an unnatural host, the glassy-winged sharpshooter, Homalodisca vitripennis (Germar).

A new species of Ametallon Ashmead, A. carinatum sp. n. and five new species of Chrysonotomyia Ashmead, C. dussiae sp. n., C. longicaudata sp. n., C. machaeriae sp. n., C. unimaculata sp. n. and C. claviger sp. n. (Eulophidae: Entedoninae) are described from Panama. New host associations are recorded for Ametallon gorgonaense Hansson, Chrysonotomyia auripunctata (Ashmead), Chrysonotomyia galbina Hansson, Chrysonotomyia laeviscuta Hansson, Chrysonotomyia phenacapsia Yoshimoto and Tropicharis cecivora Hansson. All these species belong to the Omphale genus group, and were reared from galls collected in the canopy and understorey of two tropical forests in Panama.

A new species, Glyptapanteles hypermnestrae Gupta and Pereira, is described from Maharashtra, India, and comparedwith closely allied species. This new species was bred from parasitized larvae of Elymnias hypermnestra (Linnaeus) (Lep-idoptera: Nymphalidae). In addition to this, two hymenopteran parasitoids, Apanteles folia Nixon (Braconidae: Microgas-trinae) and Brachymeria indica (Krausse) (Chalcididae), are for first time reported parasitizing larvae of Arhopalaamantes (Hewitson) (Lepidoptera: Lycaenidae) and pupae of Pareronia valeria (Cramer) (Lepidoptera: Pieridae) respectively.

Acanthormius indicus Gupta & Quicke sp. nov. is described and illustrated. It is a gregarious larval parasitoid of an unidentified bagworm moth caterpillar (Lepidoptera: Psychidae) from southern India. The biology and host associations of members of subfamily Lysiterminae are also discussed.

Eurytoma erythrinae Gates and Delvare, new species, is described and illustrated. This species was reared from fieldcollected galls on Erythrina spp. (Fabaceae) induced by Quadrastichus spp. (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), in Tanzania, Ghana, and South Africa. It is compared with very similar African species, Eurytoma radicicola Risbec. From a survey of helminths of the alimentary tracts of 26 hydromyins; 11 Leptomys, 1 Mayermys, 3 Neohydromys, 9 Paraleptomys, and 2 Parahydromys from Papua New Guinea an acanthocephalan, Porrorchis hydromuris; a cestode, Mathevotaenia sp.; the trematodes, Brachylaima sp., and a psilostome; and the nematodes, Heterakis fieldingi, Odilia mackerrasae, O, emanuelae, Protospirura kaindiensis, Rictularia mackerrasae, and Capillaria sp. s.l., as well as encapsulated larval ascaridids were found. All represent new host records. Labiobulura leptomyidis n. sp. (Subuluridae), differs from its congener in having longer spicules, no spines on the chordal lobes of the buccal cavity and it is described from Leptomys spp. Spirurida or Ascaridida were the dominant taxa in each helminth assemblage, with dietary preferences being a determinant. Either coevolution and or host switching, sometimes associated with migration between Australia and Papua New Guinea, also appear to have influenced the development of the helminth assemblage in each host taxon.

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) is an invasive alien species and a key agricultural pest. Its native parasitoids (Trissolcus japonicus Ashmead and Tr. mitsukurii Ashmead) have been registered in several countries where H. halys brought dramatic economic losses and where biological control is considered to be the most effective long-term solution. By searching for stink bug egg masses and exposing sentinel egg masses, we monitored the distribution of native and exotic egg parasitoids in Trentino-Alto Adige (Italy), an area where both the host and parasitoids are in expansion. We recorded ten pentatomids, seven parasitoid species, with the first report of Tr. japonicus in this area and a hyperparasitoid. In the assemblage, Anastatus bifasciatus (Geoffroy) and Tr. mitsukurii were the dominant parasitoids, with a different distribution in terms of context and host plants. Sycamore was the host plant where the highest number of naturally laid parasitized egg masses (26%) were recorded. Trissolcus mitsukurii showed the highest parasitism rate, and was often found in apple orchards. The emergence of exotic parasitoids showed a temporal delay compared to native ones. Sequence analysis of 823 bp of the CO1 mitochondrial gene revealed that the recovered Tr. japonicus and Tr. mitsukurii harbored one single haplotype each. These haplotypes were previously found in 2018 in Northern Italy. While sentinel egg masses proved to be very effective in tracking the arrival of exotic Trissolcus species, the collection of stink bug egg masses provided fundamental data on the plant host species. The results lend strong support to the adaptation of exotic Trissolcus species to the environmental conditions of the range of introduction, providing new information on plant host-associations, fundamental for the development of biological control programs.

The Aleiodes pallidator species-group is defined, and an identification key is provided for the five species known to occur in the U.S.A. and Canada. Two new species are described: Aleiodes martini Shaw and Marsh, from Florida, and A. xanthoclypeus Shaw and Marsh, known from Canada and Wisconsin, and reared from Lymantriidae species including Dasychira plagiata (Walker) and Olene grisefacta (a new host record for the genus Aleiodes). Five species are illustrated, and their host associations are summarized.
