The principle and structure of vessel light signaling is introduced. When LED light signaling working,the light signal is aimed by zoom camera and the signaling image is obtained by high-speed camera. The light signaling on the overall image is discriminated and disposed at real time. At last, the character is translated and shown on computer. Experimental result shows that the system is stable, safe and reliable.
