Based on the analysis on civil engineering of existing old-age real estate building energy saving, this paper builts comprehensive evaluation index system, and analyzes its evaluation index content and determines the standards. Using grey relational analysis to establish the simplified evaluation index system,and based on artificial neural network, this paper then establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of urban old-age real estate building energy saving, which not only helps to control building energy saving effect, but also helps to guide new old-age real estate building energy saving to carry out, and promotes the development of civil engineering industry.

A new evaluation method was proposed for hot -summer and cold -winter zone, which based on domestic and foreign energy-saving standard and evaluation technology as well as the current situation. The residential building energy-saving system evaluation model was established by referencing the AHP method model, its weight of each evaluation index came from the experts’ investigation method, and was modified by entropy technology to index. The results show that, this method can not only simplified the qualitative and quantitative evaluation index quantification process but also improve the whole evaluation system operability. At last, we made a empirical analysis and evaluation of comprehensive of a small unit residential in Lu'an, the result shows that although the residential building energy conservation in the basically meet the national building energy efficiency requirements,it still needs to be improved in some other aspects.

The energy-saving technology of the transport is still in its infancy. It has some questions about the evaluation and the promotion. Which lead to excellent energy-saving technology turn into productive forces can not be timely. In this case. The paper establishes the energy-saving technology evaluation index system by the Delphi; and calculated the evaluation index weights of each factor by the AHP. Finally, the paper proposed the evaluation method of the energy-saving technology which based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

It indicated that the stagnation building energy efficiency work was due to imperfect market mechanism in building energy efficiency field. Some policy suggestions for improvement were put forwards.

With the acceleration of the process of our country’s urbanization, the investment of urban infrastructure construction continues to increase and the construction industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy. However, the proportion of building energy consumption in the total energy is increasing at the same time. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the society, the energy-saving target is proposed in the 12th Five-Year Plan of China, which sets for the requirements for building energy-saving in Shaanxi Province. Evaluation of building energy-saving is an effective method to promote the healthy development of the work of building energy efficiency, but there is not a complete, reasonable and practicable the evaluation system. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems for evaluating the residential building energy-saving with 2-tuple linguistic information. Then, a model based on the 2-tuple weighted geometric (TWG) operator to evaluate the residential building energy-saving is presented. In this model, alternative appraisal values are calculated by the aggregation of 2-tuple linguistic information. Thus, the ranking of alternative or selection of the most desirable trip(s) is obtained by the comparison of 2-tuple linguistic information. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the residential building energy-saving is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

this paper referred to the existing green building assessment system at home and abroad, and combined with China's specific national conditions, then constructed evaluation index system of energy-saving and green building demonstration zone from eight aspects including section, water saving, energy saving, material saving, environmental protection, renewable energy utilization, demonstration area planning and operational management. At the same time, the green building demonstration area three-star evaluation standard was put forward. Besides, this paper introduced analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation method, and combined with the instance su qian lakeside newtown to carry out a full green evaluation by using the proposed index system and evaluation method. Considering the research on green demonstration area in China is not yet mature, this paper research on the development and promotion of energy saving buildings in China has great reference value.
