With the expansion of the scale of the communication network, the constant introduction of new business as well as the use of mobile network equipment from different hardware manufacturers, networks become larger and more complex, the device shows diversification, which makes the network management of the entire mobile communication network extremely complex. A complete set of advanced communications network management system to effectively manage a variety of physical devices and logical resources is particularly important. Based on TMN basic theory analysis of the network management function model, the intermediary function in the system model, unified network management system and the corresponding communication network equipment interoperable access interface, so that the whole network management system functional hierarchy is more clear, easy implementation of network management business module; the system based on the framework enables unified NMS network element management, network management can be independent of the specific equipment to avoid the R & D work duplication of each managed device interface and improve the development efficiency as well as the maintainability and scalability of the system, which laid the foundation for the provision of integrated access and reference for the design and development of next-generation telecommunications network management.

High-capacity OLT equipments are widely used in modern communication network. Among the communication equipments, realization of alarm function has an important research significance and wide application prospect. The article simply introduces the demand of alarm of OLT devices and simple network management protocol SNMP and explains the method of realizing alarm information by using SNMP trap. It also introduces the construction of trap message and explains the process and action of network management system after receiving trap information in detail, as a result, realizes the alarm design of high-capacity OLT equipment.

Most of the traditional network management system used c/s mode, and deployment is not convenient. When device warns, operators will face a lot of alarms, and unable to determine the cause of the accident quickly. In this paper, intelligent alarm function design based on RIA / Flex for the power communication network has visual user level and deployment convenience. The alarm of network management is classed based on the business features. Mechanisms are presented in the paper for the filtering, detection and display of alarm information and monitoring of the electric power communication devices. We establish intelligent alarm system for power communication network based on RIA technology.

Abstract The purpose of this paper was to present the management system evolution, from functional to process to network management. The network management system requires new organizational solutions associated with the fulfilment of external functions in management, directed at the acquisition of stakeholders from the environment who are treated as relational capital. That also requires new skills and competences in searching for relational capital. Possession of that type of capital indicates the importance of a company on a competitive market. The author pointed out the significance of the mobile network leaders’ personal traits, from the viewpoint of their causative power in searching for relational capital. It was pointed out that not every mobile network leader may possess specific personal capabilities to attain relevant objectives.

The power communication network is a separate network from the power grid whose primary purpose is to ensure the power grid's safe operation. This paper expounds the composition of the comprehensive network management architecture of the power communication data network and the implementation of the data acquisition module in the network management system through theoretical analysis, for the reference of relevant personnel, in order to better promote the collection of power grid communication network data.

With the improvement of mobile communication network communication equipment intelligent level and the growth of the business needs, network management is also increasing the accuracy and timeliness requirements. And due to the lack of multi-disciplinary network of integrated network management system, it is difficult to conduct unified management of network resources, maintenance, scheduling and optimization. The based on TMN basic theory, analysis of network management information model, the design of management information model system (MIF) in the 3G mobile network management application framework, the level of clarity of the framework to facilitate the use of standardized information model abstraction, has a good reusable and scalability characteristics; unified NMS network element management, and thus laid the foundation to provide integrated access reference for the design and development of next-generation mobile network management system based on the framework enables.
