With large number of participants, tight development time, high technical standards, there is great uncertainty and risk during doing researching on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV for short). This article makes a count on the accidents’ data of the past 30 years and analyses the causes of these accidents, thus creating the comprehensive risk evaluation index system of the research on UAV. Based on analytic hierarchy process, the paper builds comprehensive Risk Assessment model and discusses the Risk Response System during the research on UAV to guide specific practices of Risk Management of UAV project.

Abstract Casing corrosion during CO2 injection or storage results in significant economic loss and increased production risks. Therefore, in this paper, a corroded casing risk assessment model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established to identify potential risks in time. First, the corrosion rate and residual strength characteristics are analyzed through corrosion tests and numerical simulations, respectively, to determine the risk factors that may lead to an accident. Then, an index system for corroded casing risk evaluation is established based on six important factors: temperature, CO2 partial pressure, flow velocity, corrosion radius, corrosion depth and wellhead pressure. Subsequently, the index weights are calculated via the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the risk level of corroded casing is obtained via the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The corroded casing risk assessment model has been verified by a case well, which shows that the model is valuable and feasible. It provides an effective decision-making method for the risk evaluation of corroded casing in CO2 injection well, which is conductive to improve the wellbore operation efficiency.

Intellectual Capital (IC) is becoming more widely understood by the academic and business communities, especially its important role in value creation of an organization. However, few people are aware that IC, if not managed properly, may also pose threats, sometime serious, to an organization. Knowledge leakage from an organization, for example, may come about when an experienced employee leaves for another job. Knowledge leakage is pervasive throughout an organization but is seldom noticed until the consequence is felt. This intellectual capital risk has to be systematically and effectively identified, assessed and controlled in the whole value chain of an organization. An AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) based multi-dimensional decision making and assessment model is developed to determine knowledge leakage risk in an organization.

Due to the high risk of construction sites, it is necessary to make safety risk evaluation. With the synthetic consideration of the complexity and uncertainty of construction sites, a comprehensive evaluation index system with two levels has been based on the emphases and difficulties of the current safety work in construction industry; the index system includes civilized construction site, management of machinery, equipment, materials, occupation health protection, and the subpackage management, such as 6 one-level evaluation indexes, inspection system of safety risk, safety awareness education, and prevention and control of occupation disease, such as 33 two-level evaluation indexes. The research takes “No. A residential building and other 8 projects” as the empirical analysis object, with the weights of the first indexes and second indexes being calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the information entropy, and applies the unascertained measure to comprehensively evaluate the safety risk of the construction project. The overall score of the project is 6.4475, the evaluation result is good, which is consistent with the actual situation, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation model are verified, which provides a reference for safety risk management in the construction stage of construction projects.

The tradition elevator risk assessment model depends on the expert experience, which causes that the assessment process takes a long time. To deal with this problem, this paper proposes a new risk assessment model which is based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (F-AHP) and artificial neural network (ANN). This model is applied to the risk-assessment of elevators. The results show that the assessment time is shorter and the accuracy is not lower, in comparison with the traditional model.

The city integrated emergency response system achieved consolidated receive alarm and command which cross-regional, inter-departmental and cross-force, it can conduct emergency rescue or relief disaster timely, orderly and efficiently. This paper mainly used the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), analysis the city integrated emergency response system through the establishment of evaluation index system, get the calculation formula of its comprehensive score, and take Nanning city integrated emergency response system for example, apply and prove the index system and calculation formula.
