A wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system for workshop with constant temperature based on AT89C52 Single chip microcomputer and nRF905 wireless microchip is studied. The system is consists of base station and slave station. Base station is mainly consists of temperature acquisition module, humidity acquisition module, wireless communicating module and communicating testing module. Good communication protocols play an important role in ensuring the correct monitoring data. So the network topology, communication data form, ad hoc networks protocol, mac protocol and data link layer protocols are discussed for commutation protocol to host computer software. The cost of the system is low and it has a large function area and a good performance. It is able to provide messages of workshop with constant temperature for improving machining accuracy and prolonging the life of equipment in machine shop.

Aiming at the strict environment limit of existing technology and industrial production in the textile industry, a multi-point temperature and humidity monitoring system has been introduced based on the wireless sensor network. The data collected by the sensors was transmitted through wireless data transmitting module. And the base station will transmit the data received from this module to the computer after data processing. Thus the temperature and humidity data monitoring management has been realized in computer. This system is developed by using the Visual C++, and has realized the SQL Server database storage by using ADO technology. Finally, the environment monitoring in the textile factor has been received and the production requirements has been satisfied.

The traditional temperature and humidity monitoring system of grain depot used to realize in wired network which needs to deploy a large number of cables. The maintainability and scalability is poor. We present a solution of monitoring temperature and humidity of grain depot based on wireless sensor network (WSN). The temperature and humidity data acquisition and control node is composed of digital temperature and humidity sensor and RF wireless chip and the main control chip. Based on the Zigbee technology, these nodes construct a WSN in Ad Hoc in order to collect, monitor and control the temperature and humidity in the monitoring area. The convergence node in the WSN will packed acquisition data from other nodes and then transmit them to a remote monitoring host through the GPRS wireless mobile network. By means of the statistical analysis of the real-time data collected, the monitoring host can alarm and feedback control the temperature and humidity of grain depot. The experimental results show that the system has strong scalability, low power consumption and high efficiency.

Its control and monitoring system is very complex and very important, directly determines whether HIRFL safe operation. This paper is to study its much control and monitoring system of temperature and humidity monitoring system. Began to study the basic structure of the hardware, a specific architecture and specific HMI is designed, as well as the situation in the field installation deployment.
