In the drug procurement process, there is no specific record of debt by the Pharmacy section or by the Finance Sector. The records that are trying to be done are like payment receipts from the Finance Sector paying invoices from the drug industry that have provided drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the financial sector in managing debt as well as in recognizing debt and the maturity of debt payments of each supplier. With these obstacles, the RSUD requires an Information System for Recording Debts in Procurement of Auxiliary Drugs for the Pharmaceutical Sector and the Financial Sector in recording Debts, especially in the procurement of Drugs. The e-learning and assessment systems became a dominant technology nowadays and distribute across the globe. With severe consequences of COVID19-like crises, the key importance of such technology appeared in which courses, quizzes and questionnaires have to be conducted remotely. Moreover, the use of Learning Management Systems (LMSs), such as blackboard, eCollege, and Moodle, has been sanctioned in all respects of education. This paper presents an open-source interactive Quiz Maker and Management System (QMMS) that suits the research, education (under-grad, grad, or post-grad), and industrial organizations to perform distant quizzes, training and questionnaires with an integration facility with other LMS tools such as Moodle. The proposed system supports three basic levels: 1) administration, 2) instructors, and 3) learners at the micro-level teaching. The proposed system is adopted using .Net framework integrated with SQL-Server database engine that compromise between performance, security and stability. The proposed QMMS is described through different phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including detailed analysis, design, implementation, testing, verification, and maintenance in order to exploit the importance of the analysis and design of LMS from the software engineering point of view. A comparative analysis, among the proposed system and a recent list of challenging ones, is presented in different aspects that shows the effectiveness, reliability and validity of proposed tool. Moreover, the proposed QMMS shows an enhancement ratio of up to 42.19% in response time perspective as compared to Moodle system in the case of massive concurrent transactions.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

Online event management system is an online event management system software project that serves the functionality of an event manager. The system allows registered user login and new users are allowed to register on the application. The system helps in the management of events, users and the aspects related to them. This proposed to be a web application. The project provides most of the basic functionality required for an event type e.g. [technical,Non-technical events,etc]. College students are advanced in thinking, who are senior and specialized professionals trained by the nation. They have independent thinking skills, and often have unique views and opinions on events. In this paper, an index is constructed to solve the difficulty of monitoring the ideological dynamics of college students, since the ideological dynamics of college students is difficulty to be captured. In particular, a visualization management information system is developed to monitor the ideological dynamics of college students based on big data. This system is based on the B/S architecture, which uses the SQL Server database. This system realizes the functions of index modification, document entry, word segmentation statistics, index correlation, keyword search, index analysis, document analysis.

Là đơn vị tiên phong xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính từ năm 2006, nên cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính của Quận 6-TP.HCM hiện không phù hợp với quy chuẩn hiện hành theo thông tư 75/2015/TT-BTNMT và không đồng bộ với cấu trúc dữ liệu địa chính của các địa phương khác. Điều này gây nhiều khó khăn trong vận hành cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính, đặc biệt trong đồng bộ cơ sở dữ liệu các cấp. Với nhiều phương pháp, nghiên cứu đã (1) phân tích khác biệt về cấu trúc dữ liệu địa chính cũ theo Thông tư 17/2010/TT-BTNMT với cấu trúc mới theo Thông tư 75/2015/TT-BTNMT; (2) xây dựng bộ cấu trúc dữ liệu thuộc tính địa chính mới trên Microsoft SQL Server; (3) ứng dụng C#.Net xây dựng công cụ chuyển đổi cấu trúc dữ liệu thuộc tính địa chính; (4) chuyển đổi thành công cơ sở dữ liệu thuộc tính địa chính của Phường 9 (với 12.196 bản ghi) sang cấu trúc mới một cách đầy đủ, chính xác, nhanh chóng và hoàn toàn tự động. Kết quả đạt được giúp tiết kiệm thời gian, kinh phí và nhân lực trong quá trình chuyển đổi dữ liệu nhưng vẫn đảm bảo độ chính xác và toàn vẹn cho cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính. Đây là tiền đề thuận lợi để đồng bộ hóa dữ liệu địa chính các cấp, góp phần hoàn thiện cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai quốc gia và phù hợp với chiến lược của ngành về tăng cường năng lực quản lý Tài nguyên và Môi trường trong thời gian tới. ABSTRACTAs one of the first units which built cadastral databases since 2006, the structure of cadastral database of District 6 - HCMC is not suitable for the current regulation at Circular No. 75/2015/TT-BTNMT as well as does not synchronize with the database structure of other localities. This caused many difficulties in operating and sharing cadastral database, especially in the process of synchronizing cadastral databases at all levels. With many methods, the study has achieved these results such as: (1) Analyzing the differences in cadastral data structures between Circular 17/2010/TT-BTNMT and Circular 75/2015/TT-BTNMT; (2) Using Microsoft SQL Server Database Management System to create the new structure of cadastral attribute database for District 6; (3) Using C#.Net programming language in building the tool to convert the structure of cadastral attribute data; (4) Successfully testing in converting this database for one ward of District 6 (case study in Ward 9) from existing structure to the new one; and this whole process was carried out fully, accurately, easily, quickly and completely automatically. Those results helped save time, money and human resources in converting data but ensure the accuracy and integrity of the cadastral database. This is a favorable premise for the process of synchronizing cadastral data structure at all levels, contributing to complete the national centralized land database, in line with MONRE's strategy in strengthening the capacity of natural resources and environmental management of Vietnam in the near future.

Abstract- PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor  Branch of Bengkulu not only offers sales services, but also offers after-sales services that include maintenance and repair as well as Mitsubishi auto parts. PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Brach of Bengkulu has been using a system that is well integrated with each other between divisions in order to facilitate data processing both sales and maintenance and repair data and spare parts. But behind this integrated application, there is still one application that PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu, the application that can measure the level of customer satisfaction in the services provided at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. Application in determining the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server database. This application has applied a method, namely the six sigma method, where the results of community satisfaction assessment will be reprocessed to determine the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. The output pis in graphical form, where if the DPMO value is the highest, it can be said that these attributes need to be improved / improved in the future to improve the quality of service at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application run according to the expectations of the testing scenario that has been carried out. Intisari- PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu bukan hanya menawarkan jasa penjualan, namun juga menawarkan layanan purna jual yang mencakup perawatan dan perbaikan serta suku cadang mobil Mitsubishi. PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu selama ini sudah menggunakan sistem yang terintegrasi dengan baik satu sama lain antar divisi agar dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data baik data penjualan maupun data perawatan dan perbaikan serta suku cadang. Namun dibalik aplikasi yang sudah terintegrasi ini, masih terdapat satu aplikasi yang belum dimiliki oleh PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu, yakni aplikasi yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada pelayanan yang diberikan di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu. Aplikasi dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net dan database SQL Server. Aplikasi ini sudah diterapkan suatu metode yaitu metode six sigma, dimana hasil penilaian kepuasan masyarakat akan diproses ulang untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor.  Output yang dihasilkan dalam bentuk grafik, dimana jika nilai DPMO yang tertinggi, bisa dikatakan bahwa atribut tersebut perlu dilakukan pembenahan/perbaikan ke depannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.
