Analysis of Energy Saving Design of Solar Building - Take Tongji University Solar Decathlon Works for Example

From 2010 to 2012, Tongji University has constructed three solar houses to take part in Solar Decathlon and gained International prize for three years. This paper analyzed the architectural style and energy utilization of “Bamboo House”, “Y container”, “Eco-House”. And then described original ecology and energy-saving technology applied in these solar houses. Authors have provided some beneficial advises in material collection, hydroelectricity, natural ventilation, and effective energy utilization. The considerable development trend of solar building has inspired architects to pursue “Zero Energy” solar energy technology.

This paper analyzed the typical power process of construction machinery, led to the idea of energy saving and the concept of generalized energy saving, put forward energy saving control system of construction machinery according to the present two typical control technologies of construction machinery. In the quantitative analysis of energy saving effect, aiming to the shortcomings of the current energy saving technology difficult to quantify, the paper puts forward a formula of the global energy saving target, explains comparison and evaluation methods of energy saving effect, and gives the concrete realization modes of the global energy saving and generalized energy saving: full electronic control technology and distributed control technology. Finally the paper prospects the future development trend of energy saving technology in construction machinery.

The energy saving principle of phase change materials is introduced briefly, the current status of the energy saving phase change materials and the newest progress are also discussed. The promising development trend of the energy saving phase change materials is prospected. With the effect of energy crisis, the difficult problem which we face is the energy consumption, energy saving and emission reduction is the first question that should be solved in all works of life. As the living standard improved, the human comfort require of indoor environment become more strict. Because of air conditioning making the power system load too large, energy saving technology has been paid a high degree of attention, and energy saving phase change materials ,as a new materials, has gradually become a focus in the study of energy utilization and material science.
