The building is one of the most common forms of space in our life, has a great influence on our life. China facing a very grim energy situation, building energy efficiency has great impetus to economic development. This paper analyzes the ways to achieve the construction of energy-efficient and proposes to reduce the total energy demand and utilization of new energy sources. In the construction of energy-saving technology, the construction of energy-efficient windows and doors and roof insulation wall are analyzed and puts forward some relevant suggestions.

It is not only a complicate system of energy-saving construction in towns and villages housing,but also a long and arduous task. With the process of urbanization was further development and the aim of building new socialist countryside was proposed, the development of towns and villages housing construction was very rapid. It is important to ensure that the appropriate energy-saving was chose by according to the actual needs of towns and villages housing and use the suitable assessment system to evaluate energy-saving technologies to improve the overall lever of towns and villages housing. Combine with the actual situation about the using of energy-saving technology in towns and villages housing in China, from the advanced, economy and feasible of technology and the sustainability of project to establish the energy efficiency technology assessment system on towns and villages housing, and used AHP to determine weights, in order to provide reference for better promote the development of towns and villages housing.

In this paper, evaluation index system of green building energy-saving technology was established on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting green building energy-saving technology. This evaluation index system was divided into two levels. Thermal performance of maintenance structure, energy efficiency of building equipment, design management, operation management and indoor comfort and health were one-level evaluation index, and there are eighteen two-level evaluation indexes. Entropy weight method was introduced to determine the weight of evaluation index. Fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was applied to synthetic evaluation. On this basis, a model based on entropy weight method and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was proposed to evaluate the green building energy-saving technology. An example was given to verify the validity and feasibility of the model. Results show that the model can used to evaluate the green building energy-saving technology, and offers reference on evaluation of green building energy-saving.

The energy-saving of envelope structure plays an important role in building energy conservation, so the first step to save rural residential energy is energy-saving of envelope structure. Building Energy Conservation, especially the research about residential building energy in face of the worldwide energy crisis is particularly urgent. At present, various countries have an in-depth study of the residential building energy to explore different methods, new building materials, and new technology(such as new thermal windows and doors), as well as the use of new energy has been put more attention to in energy conservation field. Comparing the residential buildings between domestic and overseas countries’ progress about related technologies, we could find some evolution and look to the prospects for the future in energy-saving field. We took a domestic project that used energy-saving technology as a practical example, and then made a simple overview of the current energy situation in China so as to get a glimpse of the development about residential building energy-saving. Phase change materials (PCMs) can be used for thermal energy storage and temperature regulation during phase change, and have broad application prospects in energy-efficient use and energy saving. The compatibility between traditional phase change materials and building materials is too bad to combine in building energy conservation. Therefore, the new phase change materials have become a research focus in the field of phase change energy storage in buildings. In the paper, the research progress of phase change materials in recent years and the optimization and application of passive building energy-saving are reviewed.
