Based on measurement and analysis of stone processing workshop dust source, stone processing dust treatment scheme is proposed, and the cloth bag dust remover and a set of dust removal system is introduced in this paper. In addition, the amount of gas filtration, filtration velocity, and filter bag expanded area and other parameters were calculated. Eventually, result shows that the system can change environment of stone production to get cleaning.

The deposition of lunar dust on the surface of solar panels and optical elements is one of the most important problems need to be solved in lunar exploration. This paper will propose an initiative lunar dust removal system based on the photovoltaic effect of PbLaZrTi (PLZT), which is activated by the ultraviolet light extracted from sun light at the lunar surface. When ultraviolet light with a wavelength near 365nm illuminates on polarized PLZT materials, high voltages of several kilovolt per centimeter can be generated between two electrodes of PLZT. When two electrodes of PLZT are connected to a lunar dust collector (LDC) and the ITO film of protected surface respectively, an electrostatic field forms between LDC and the protected surface. Coulomb forces over particles will overcome gravitational force and surface forces, so the particles can be absorbed to LDC and removed by LDC finally. Based on the equivalent electrical model, mathematical model of electrostatic force is derived when the lunar removal electric field is acted either by single piece PLZT or by multi-pieces PLZT which are connected in parallel. Experimental platform is set up to prove the feasibility of this lunar dust removal system. In order to improve the removal efficiency, a novel configuration design of LDC based on multi-PLZT patched is proposed and its removal efficiency is evaluated by experiments.

This paper introduces the real-time monitoring provided by the function of PLC control system based on the configuration control technology in silicon steel plant. Visual real-time monitoring of silicon steel flue gas dust removal system, the main parameters includes: working condition of the two temperature sensor in flue pipe, air conditioning butterfly valve, bag type dust trap system, high pressure fan, dust conveying system, dust unloading system and cleaning system, etc. Moreover, monitoring and give an alarm in case the failure of dust removal system appears appears in the course of their work. This paper also introduces the hardware components and software components of the visual real-time monitoring of silicon steel flue gas dust removal system, and their applications. And discuss how to use configuration technology develop and design real-time monitoring system.

In light of the characteristics of centralized dust removal and pneumatic cut tobacco feeding dust removal system of linking assembly units, by use of a control system of Siemens S7-300, a control technology of field bus Profibus-DP, an operating system of human computer interface and Variable-frequency drive technology, the realization of constant voltage negative feedback control makes the system running stably under various load condition, and ensures windlass set in normal working condition, and so improves production processes and saves energy.

In this study we researched on the gaseous mercury removal performances of fabric filter (FF), electrostatic precipitator (ESP) and wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) technologies on 300 MW coal-fired boilers, gaseous mercury sampling was conducted according to US EPA Method 30B and Method 29, and the changes of various forms of mercury before and after the dust removal treatment were analyzed. The results show that FF is the most effective for fine particles removal, and more than 99.5 % of the particulate mercury was removed; the gaseous mercury removal efficiency of ESP was only 30%, while the efficiency of FF was 45% or higher; the combination of FF and wet FGD could remove 63.65 % of the gaseous mercury.

For the question of circulation wind emerged in the process of using long compression and short pumping ventilation dust removal system, a new model of air volume matching was proposed, and the empirical formula of the key process parameters such as axial and radial air volume, axial and radial air out distance were derived according to the relevant theories of air jet in the confined space. Then the 20106 return roadway of fully mechanized working face in Wang Jia Ling coal mine was selected to conduct field verification tests. The result showed that the new air volume catching model had good adaptability, and the key process parameters obtained by theoretical calculation and field test were basically identical. Under the condition of optimum technological parameters, the total dust and respiratory dust concentration of the driver’s place can be reduced 91.98% and 89.53% respectively.
