Abstract In recent years, international industrial control network security incidents have occurred frequently. As a core component of the industrial control field, intelligent power control systems are increasingly threatened by external network attacks. Based on the current research status of power industrial control network security, closely combining the development of active monitoring and defense technology in the public network field and the problems encountered by network security operators in actual work, this paper uses data mining methods to study the power control system network security situation awareness technology. Combing operational data collection and integrated processing, situation index screening and extraction, we use wavelet neural network analysis method to train the sampled data set, and finally calculate the true value of the network security status through deep intelligent learning. Finally, we conclude that the artificial intelligence algorithm based on wavelet neural network can be used for power control system network security situation awareness. In actual work, it can predict the situation value for a period of time in the future and assist network security personnel in judgment and decision-making.

Abstract There are many kinds of safety control sub-systems of a large nuclear facility, and their information is isolated from each other, so the overall safety control efficiency is low. To solve this problem, based on the original security control sub-system, an intelligent security management and control system is designed by using the technology of system integration and multi-sensor cooperative scheduling. Firstly, the web service interfaces of each security control sub-system are developed, and the interconnection and information sharing of each security control sub-system are realized through these interfaces. Then, based on the multi-sensor system cooperative optimization scheduling technology and the improved ant colony algorithm, the information synthesis and security cooperative optimization scheduling of heterogeneous multi-sensor messages are realized. The highly integrated intelligent security management and control system reduces the alarm omission rate and false alarm rate of the safety control and improves the efficiency of the security control.

Wide stainless steel hot strip line integrated with mechanical electric hydraulic equipments is a complicated large system. Automatic control system is very important for improving mill efficiency and products quality. The new equipments and technology are introduced. The characteristics of hot strip line and its requests for automation, the ideas of control system design, system structure and configuration are explained in detail. Multilevel system, 1000M high speed fabric Ethernet between levels, 640M high speed global data memory network between controllers, high speed Profibus_DP network between controller and equipments, hot machine backup strategy of L2,Tri-cyclic fabric Ethernet redundancy of L1 and other innovative design ideas,and L2 main mathematic models, L1 key control models are all applied in the system. The design ideas of this paper and integrated automatic control system has been applied on several stainless steel hot strip lines.

Renewable energy is the development tendency in the future. Its not only save energy but also protect the environment. And the wind power generation has more competitive potential compared with other renewable energy, so it develops so quickly. According to the bad environment of the wind farms, wind turbines control system requires multipoint, high speed and real-time communication. This paper puts forward a kind of wind turbines control system based on the CAN bus architecture and realizes the real-time communication and decentralized control between the master control system and submodule. This paper analyses the system structure, the hardware composition of control module, the expansion of CAN bus, the communication mechanism in master-slave module.
