In this work, on the basis of the analysis of the component of traditional data acquisition system, and in view of the design requirement of data acquisition system for the process of rotating machinery testing and fault diagnosis, adopt the integrated with AD module based on the 8th -order low pass elliptic switched-capacitor filter MAX297 for filtering, thereby proposes a portable data acquisition system. And it gives the design proposal of anti-aliasing filter according to the design requirement, and illustrates the principle of filtering and accomplished the corresponding hardware circuit. And this proposal of the filter can be used to other testing and fault diagnosis systems by adjusting the sampling frequency.

In order to meet requirements of real-time dynamic navigation system, one multi-channels synchronization data acquisition system was designed based on PC104 bus. It can achieve simultaneous sampling of multiple channels data in one conversion cycle of ADC. The logic control is performed by FPGA, FIFO integrated by FPGA is used as buffer, so we can use resources of FPGA in large. At the same time, this design simplified the hardware circuit and improved circuit configuration flexibility. Using interrupt mode to read data into the FIFO, so it enhanced the data acquisition speed and reduced the burden on the navigation computer. Tests proved this system is efficient and feasible.

Data acquisition is a crucial stage in the execution of condition monitoring (CM) of rotating machinery, by means of vibration analysis. However, the major challenge in the execution of this technique lies in the features of the recording equipment (accuracy, resolution, sampling frequency and number of channels) and the cost they represent. The present work proposes a low-cost data acquisition system, based on Raspberry-Pi, with a high sampling frequency capacity in the recording of up to three channels. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed data acquisition system, a case study is presented in which the vibrations registered in a bearing are analyzed for four degrees of failure.

Aiming at the low-frequency performance of the lowfrequency seismic pendulum CMG -3T, we design a data acquisition system can acquire the low-frequency seismic waves, at the same time we accomplish the process of adjusting the CMG-3T. This paper gives designing scheme include the low noise design of the power module, the design of the connector to RS232 which can send command to adjusting the mass of CMG-3T,the design of voltage attenuation network and no-source low-pass filter network of data acquisition system, the last is the design of software for adjusting the CMG-3T.

This paper describes the development of a portable data acquisition system for use in a plant-wide, predictive maintenance program for rotating machinery. Designed to replace hand-logging and other clipboard surveillance methods, the portable instrument stores the measured parameters in digital memory for transfer to a desktop host computer for processing and analysis. Developments in electronics and computer technology as well as preventive/predictive maintenance procedures have made this instrument system possible. These developments are outlined, along with a discussion of the operation and use of the system.
