In order to improve reliability of running and facility of data acquisition for the pavement accelerated loading testing equipment, simplify wiring and reduce fault rate, the analysis and design of control system and data acquisition system hardware and software for the pressure, speed, load times and otherwise are done. The distributed CAN Bus technique is used for control and data acquisition, which can collect data from many nodes for each parameter. After a number of laboratory and field experiment, the results show that high reliability of system running and precision, anti-interference of data acquisition are improved by the design of control system for pavement accelerated loading testing equipment based on CAN bus technology.

Abstract The Mu2e experiment at the Fermilab Muon Campus will search for the coherent neutrinoless conversion of a muon into an electron in the field of an aluminum nucleus with a sensitivity improvement by a factor of 10000 over existing limits. The Mu2e Trigger and Data Acquisition System (TDAQ) uses otsdaq as the online Data Acquisition System (DAQ) solution. Developed at Fermilab, otsdaq integrates both the artdaq DAQ and the art analysis frameworks for event transfer, filtering, and processing. otsdaq is an online DAQ software suite with a focus on flexibility and scalability and provides a multi-user, web-based, interface accessible through a web browser. The data stream from the detector subsystems is read by a software filter algorithm that selects events which are combined with the data flux coming from a cosmic ray veto system. The Detector Control System (DCS) has been developed using the Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS) open source platform for monitoring, controlling, alarming, and archiving. The DCS system has been integrated into otsdaq. A prototype of the TDAQ and the DCS systems has been built at Fermilab’s Feynman Computing Center. In this paper, we report on the progress of the integration of this prototype in the online otsdaq software.

In order to obtain the key parameters which required by the Vehicle-Carrying test, the multi-channel data acquisition system based on CompactRIO embedded platform was developed. This system was satisfied the requirement of high reliability, inexpensive, portable and rapid configuration, Then, synchronized control technology such as queue, FIFO, interrupt and the superior system architecture which is compare to the state machine has been introduced in detail. Finally, availability and stability of the system were proved through the pressure text of data acquisition.

In the present IT age, we are in need of fully automated industrial system. To design of Data Acquisition System (DAS) and its control is a challenging part of any measurement, automation and control system applications. Advancement in technology is very well reflected and supported by changes in measurement and control instrumentation. To move to highspeed serial from Parallel bus architectures has become prevalent and among these Ethernet is the most preferred switched Serial bus, which is forward-looking and backwardcompatible. Great stride have been made in promoting Ethernet use for industrial networks and factory automation. The Web based distributed measurement and control is slowly replacing parallel architectures due to its non-crate architecture which reduces complexities of cooling, maintenance etc. for slow speed field processing. A new kind of expandable, distributed large I/O data acquisition system based on low cost microcontroller based electronic web server[1] boards has been investigated and developed in this paper, whose hardware boards use 8-bit RISC processor with Ethernet controller, and software platform use AVR-GCC for firmware and Python for OS independent man machine interface. This system can measure all kinds of electrical and thermal parameters such as voltage, current, thermocouple, RTD, and so on. The measured data can be displayed on web pages at different geographical locations, and at the same time can be transmitted through RJ-45 Ethernet network to remote DAS or DCS monitoring system by using HTTP protocol. A central embedded single board computer (SBC) can act as a central CPU to communicate between web servers automatically.

Based on electro-hydraulic control automatic transmission, in order to meet the shifting actuator control effect high response speed, high control accuracy requirements and real-time, accurate acquisition transmission work state. According to the proportional pressure solenoid valve, proportional flow valve response curve and rated operating parameters, designed the hardware control circuit. For the acquisition of automatic transmission shift the implementing agencies cylinder pressure, hydraulic oil temperature and transmission input, output shaft speed, designed the hardware circuit, according to the nominal operating parameters for each sensor. Acquisition speed and accuracy requirements for the quality of the output signal of the respective sensors and control system, designed for each of the output signal of the signal processing and analysis circuit. The bench test the experimental results show that the data acquisition system designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the control system for real-time and accuracy.

PDA, one product from iba AG, is one open progress data acquisition system used for automatic control system. After the simple introduction about the PDA, an application in AISC hot-strip Rolling Mill was shown for analyzing the reason of strip block. The fact showed that the PDA system had many advantage, high sampling rate, highly real-time performance, highly stability, and provide impersonal and accurate evidence for driven system commissioning. Also, this system could record data for fast fault analysis and time sequence analyzing of AUTO control system.
