For most construction projects, the complex engineering environment, the backward data collection technology, and the unreasonable monitoring network have resulted in many problems in monitoring data such as lots of noise and missing data items, therefore, it is of great significance to study the safety monitoring system of construction projects based on wireless sensor network (WSN). For this reason, this paper proposed a construction safety monitoring and evaluation (CSME) model based on multi-sensor fusion. First, the system structure and data flow model of the construction safety monitoring system were constructed; then, combining with a multi-sensor deep fusion system which was built on physical and information systems, this paper designed a spectrum sensing algorithm for sensor signals within the construction area. After that, tempo-spatial correlation analysis was conducted on the monitoring data, and a multi-sensor monitoring network joint sparse (MSMN-JS) model was constructed, which realized reconstruction of missing data items. At last, this paper used experimental results to prove the application value of the algorithm model to the safety monitoring and evaluation of construction projects.

In this work, a safe Coal Mine Monitoring system which replaces the traditional coal mine monitoring systems which tend to be wired network systems. This play an important role in coal mine safe production. With continuous enlarging of exploiting areas and extension of depth in coal mine, many laneways become monitoring blind areas, where are lots of hidden dangers. Moreover, it is inconvenient to lay cables which are expensive and consume time. In order to solve the problems, we designed a coal mine safety monitoring system based on wireless sensor network, which can improve the level of monitoring production safety and reduce accident in the coal mine. Zigbee technology provides a direction for scientists who commit to solve the safety monitoring problems of coal mine. The purpose of this study is to propose a solution suitable to mine wireless communication, safety monitoring, give a proof to the further study.

In view of the frequent occurrence of elevator accidents, an elevator safety monitoring system based on the Internet of things (IOT) was designed. First, the requirements of elevator safety monitoring system were analyzed in terms of function and performance, andthe feasibility of the system was evaluated from perspectives of demand, technology, and practical operation. The design scheme of the system was then presented, which combined the Brower/Server (B/S) and Client/Server (C/S) architectures. As the client of the command and control center, the front-end monitoring system communicated and interacted with it and used the standard real-time transport protocol (RTP) for transmission. Finally, the elevator safety monitoring system was implemented. The test showed that the function and performance of the proposed elevator safety monitoring system achieved the designed target of the system and had practical application value.

A model of a cloud-based system for processing environmental monitoring data is proposed. The model takes into account the multi-tier web applications and the heterogeneity of the input flow of applications. As a characteristic of the efficiency of the data processing system, an additive criterion is chosen that takes into account the volume of processed requests and the load on the resources of the cloud infrastructure. The approach under consideration will allow creating a basis for modeling the processes occurring in natural-technical systems (NTS), analyze data processing processes during monitoring of key performance indicators of NТS and ensure that these indicators meet the requirements specified in SLA agreements through the use of alternative data processing strategies.
