Dairy products logistics service quality directly affect the quality of dairy products, this article first from management level, advanced technical equipment, warehousing and distribution quality, cost economy four aspects put forward the preliminary evaluation of dairy products logistics service quality, then through questionnaire survey to judge the proposed initial indicators of evaluation, through the analysis of the membership degree and the important degree of initial index screening optimization, get a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index system, lay a solid foundation for the objective evaluation of the dairy products logistics service quality.

Background: An objective, comprehensive and scientific evaluation of emergency medical rescue capability (EMRC) is of great realistic significance in assisting the health administrative department to grasp the overall response capability of all emergency medical rescue teams, enabling each team to have a full understanding of its own strengths and weakness and improve itself accordingly. At present, the research on the evaluation of EMRC in Hazardous Chemicals Accidents (HCA) is not systematic and in-depth, and the existing research results also have some shortcomings, such as, the lack of strong theoretical support for the evaluation index system, the relatively single function of evaluation methods, and so on. Objectives: The objective of this article is to research the evaluation index system and a new evaluation method of EMRC in HCA to overcome the above shortcomings. Methods: It establishes an emergency medical rescue capability model by employing the competency model and then constructs the evaluation index system on the basis of the analysis of all the factors of emergency medical rescue capability in hazardous chemical accidents and sets up an evaluation model based on the theory of connection numbers and partial connection numbers. It determines the competence ranking of several emergency medical rescue teams and the competence state of an individual emergency medical rescue team by calculating the connection principal value, and it also predicts how the emergency medical rescue capability will develop based on the values of partial connection numbers. Results: The example shows that the calculation process of this model is relatively simple, and its assessment results are objective and authentic, and moreover, its multi-functions can make up for the deficiency of the simplified function of other evaluation models. Conclusion: This method is scientific and rational to some extent and can provide reference for evaluation problems of the same kind.

Physical education teaching in colleges and universities is a complicated project for systematic optimization with multiple factors. As a vital approach to enhance the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, it is of great importance to have a scientific, accurate and objective evaluation of physical education teaching. The thesis, on the one hand, analyzes the existent problems during the evaluation course of physical education teaching in colleges and universities; and on the other hand, discusses the related improved measures on the aforementioned basis. In order to update the evaluation index system of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the thesis, based on the multiple intelligence theory, constructs an evaluation index system of physical education from all-round aspects, i.e., teaching step, teaching and learning step as well as managing step. Furthermore, according to the weight of various evaluation indexes on the foundation of AHP method, plus with the involvement of fuzzy evaluation information, the thesis puts forward with a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This model serves as an attempt to effectively evaluate physical education teaching, the validity of which is proved in the case analysis part.

At present, the integration of public transport has become an important measure of the development of urban public transport system. To achieve this goal, we must have a systematic, holistic, comprehensive understanding and evaluation of public transport situation. From planning and construction coordination, operational coordination and institutional coordination, a preliminary evaluation index system is established with APH. Then the final evaluation index is determined by the use of Delphi method. With the comparison of the evaluation index value and the evaluation standards, the degree of the coordination of urban rail transit and bus network is evaluated.

Based on the analysis of the current status on the credit crisis of construction enterprises, this paper established the Credit Evaluation Index System of Construction Enterprises combined with modern characteristics in the industry. By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Cluster Analysis, we determine the weight of each index, and then calculate each index data using fuzzy mathematic principle. Thus give an objective evaluation on the credit situation of construction enterprises.

Although many dairy enterprises have established quality traceability systems, there is no indicators system and methods for evaluation on the capability of traceability system. The paper targets logistics quality traceability system of dairy products, establishes evaluation index system of traceability system, and evaluates the capability of logistics quality traceability system based on FAHP. Finally, we carry on the instance analysis of one dairy enterprise to evaluation its logistics quality traceability system.
