Based on the analysis of the current status on the credit crisis of construction enterprises, this paper established the Credit Evaluation Index System of Construction Enterprises combined with modern characteristics in the industry. By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Cluster Analysis, we determine the weight of each index, and then calculate each index data using fuzzy mathematic principle. Thus give an objective evaluation on the credit situation of construction enterprises.

Based on the model of ecological environment evolution in the process of the economic development, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of marine ecological environment. The results were shown as follows: the evaluation index system of marine ecological environment consists of 1 object layer, 3 element layers (state of marine ecological environment pressure of marine ecological environment and response of marine ecological environment), and 15 factor layers. Index weight was calculated through combination weighting approach of subjective and objective evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy method. The evaluation indicator system and evaluation method have general applicability and strong operability.

Background: An objective, comprehensive and scientific evaluation of emergency medical rescue capability (EMRC) is of great realistic significance in assisting the health administrative department to grasp the overall response capability of all emergency medical rescue teams, enabling each team to have a full understanding of its own strengths and weakness and improve itself accordingly. At present, the research on the evaluation of EMRC in Hazardous Chemicals Accidents (HCA) is not systematic and in-depth, and the existing research results also have some shortcomings, such as, the lack of strong theoretical support for the evaluation index system, the relatively single function of evaluation methods, and so on. Objectives: The objective of this article is to research the evaluation index system and a new evaluation method of EMRC in HCA to overcome the above shortcomings. Methods: It establishes an emergency medical rescue capability model by employing the competency model and then constructs the evaluation index system on the basis of the analysis of all the factors of emergency medical rescue capability in hazardous chemical accidents and sets up an evaluation model based on the theory of connection numbers and partial connection numbers. It determines the competence ranking of several emergency medical rescue teams and the competence state of an individual emergency medical rescue team by calculating the connection principal value, and it also predicts how the emergency medical rescue capability will develop based on the values of partial connection numbers. Results: The example shows that the calculation process of this model is relatively simple, and its assessment results are objective and authentic, and moreover, its multi-functions can make up for the deficiency of the simplified function of other evaluation models. Conclusion: This method is scientific and rational to some extent and can provide reference for evaluation problems of the same kind.

The double development of urbanization and motorization has made the traffic demand of our country grow rapidly and diversified. the improvement of urban traffic has become an important condition for the sustainable development of the city. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban traffic improvement by comparing the importance of indexing by experts. It is found that improvement of road network, optimization of public traffic and improvement of intersection are the most important in urban traffic improvement. the intersection of the most important level of service. By using qualitative and quantitative methods, the Likert scale was used to classify the results and the four-quadrant method was used to analyze the urban traffic improvement evaluation index system.

IntroductionAcademic papers are an essential manner for describing new ideas and consolidating existing concepts in the field of military medicine. The academic impact of military medical publications reflects the extent and depth of recognition, acceptance and utilisation of the concepts transmitted in these publications. The aim of this research was to construct an evaluation index system suitable for evaluating the academic influence of scholars in the field of military medicine.MethodsUsing the Delphi consensus methodology, 30 experts from the field of military medicine, military medical information and library and information science were asked during three rounds of questioning to score the feasibility and importance of indicators that could be used to determine academic impact. An analytic hierarchy process method was used to calculate the relative weighting of each indicator in determining the final level of academic impact.ResultsEight evaluation indicators were agreed on to potentially determine academic impact. These comprised: ‘Web of Science documents’, ‘Citation impact’, ‘h-index’, ‘Percentage of international collaborations’, ‘Percentage of the top 10% of the cited frequency’, ‘Category normalised citation impact’, ‘Percentage of documents cited’ and ‘The number of F1000 Recommended papers’.ConclusionsThe evaluation index system determined from this study combines the advantages of both qualitative and quantitative recognised evaluation indicators, which are subsequently weighted according to their importance in the field of military medicine. It is hoped that this framework will provide a manner in the future for comparing the potential academic impact of military medical scholars.

In the context of e-commerce boom, network entrepreneurship education carried out by some universities in China plays an important and active role in promoting students’ overall quality cultivation, employment and enterprising, etc. However, researches on the network entrepreneurship education are few and at the initial stage. This paper tried to make an evaluation of universities’ network entrepreneurship education quality and established an evaluation index system from such four dimensions as entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, entrepreneurial practice, and social effect. It also built an evaluation model by applying the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Empirical study shows that the established evaluation index system has high validity and the evaluation model is of accuracy and strong operability.
