AbstractThe species of the Lithophanelepida Grote complex are reviewed and two new species of the genus Lithophane Hübner from western North America are described. Adults of all species are illustrated, as well as male and female genitalia (where known) and larva of L.lepida and Lithophane itata (Smith). A key to species of the L. lepida group is provided.

AbstractThe name Neoligiagen.nov. is proposed for the “Oligia” semicana (Walker) species group in North America and 12 species, N. rubirena sp.nov., N. pagosa sp.nov., N. hardwicki sp.nov., N. inermis sp.nov., N. invenusta sp.nov., N. albirena sp.nov., N. lancea sp.nov., N. elephas sp.nov., N. lillooet sp.nov., N. surdirena sp.nov., N. canadensis sp.nov., and N. atlantica sp.nov. are described. Hadenella laevigata Smith is synonymized (synonymy restored) under Hadena tonsa Grote and Hadena hausta Grote is synonymized (synonymy restored) under Miana semicana Walker. Adults of all species are illustrated as well as male and female genitalia, where known.

Species of the tolutarius species group of the genus Stomodes Schoenherr, 1826 are revised. A redescription of the genus is provided and all available male and female genitalia are illustrated. Two new species, S. benedikti sp. n. and S. dodocunevi sp. n. from Greece, are described. A lectotype is designated for S. amorei Desbrochers des Loges, 1904. The redescriptions of the following species are provided: S. marocanus Hoffmann, 1956; S. muelleri Lona, 1922; S. leonhardi Wagner, 1912; S. letzneri Reitter, 1889 and S. tolutarius Schoenherr, 1826. S. muelleri is for the first time recorded for Macedonia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Greece; S. tolutarius for Macedonia, Bulgaria and Turkey. An identification key to species of the tolutarius species group is given.

Two new species of the genus Stenoloba Staudinger, 1892 are described from the northwestern Yunnan Province of China. Stenoloba herbacea sp. n. belongs to the Stenoloba nigrabasalis Chang, 1991 species-group and is most similar to Stenoloba ochribasis Kononenko & Ronkay, 2001 described from Laos. Stenoloba pontezi sp. n. belongs to the Stenoloba manleyi (Leech, 1889) species-group and is most similar to Stenoloba viridibasis Han & Kononenko, 2009 described from Yunnan. Adults, male and female genitalia of new species are illustrated.

In the present paper, two new species, Barsine persephone Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (N Thailand and N Vietnam), and Barsine asotoida Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (SW China and N Myanmar) are described. A new combination is established: Barsine specialis (Fang, 1991), comb. nov. Both new species belong to the Barsine prominens (Moore, 1878) species-group, and, as well as B. specialis have unusual for the genus dark brown forewing coloration. Adult, male and female genitalia are illustrated.

Two new Mileewini leafhoppers (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Mileewinae), Mileewa triloba sp. nov. and Ujna cavipenis sp. nov. are described from Hainan Island, China. Habitus images and figures of both male and female genitalia are provided together with a key to species of Mileewini from Hainan.

The Oriental Pantheinae genus Donda Moore, 1882 is revised. The type-species of the genus—Donda eurychlora (Walker, 1858) is recognized as a complex of species. Two new species, Donda continentalis sp. n. from Thailand, China, and Vietnam and D. sundana sp. n. from Indonesia are described. Two species, D. thoracica Moore, 1882 and D. striatovirens Moore, 1883, are excluded from the genus Donda. The status of two taxa, D. ornata Moore, 1883 and D. lichenoides (Hampson, 1894) remains open. The imagines, male and female genitalia are illustrated. The checklist of the genus Donda is presented.

Based on museum and private collections, two new species of the subfamily Acronictinae are described from China and Russia, Transbaikalia and Primorye Territory: Acronicta (Triaena) psichinensis sp. n. and Acronicta (Viminia) dahurica sp. n. The adults and male and female genitalia of the new species are illustrated and compared to related species. Distribution maps for the new species are presented.

AbstractAlastriagen. nov. is described, and Callierges tropicalis Schaus is transferred to the genus. Alastria chicosp. nov. is described from western North America and Alastria machosp. nov. is described from Costa Rica. We provide illustrations of the adults and genitalia of all three species, as well as the male genitalia of two related genera, Nedra Clarke and Actinotia Hübner.

Based on the collection of the Zoological Research Institute and Museum Alexander Koenig, Germany, Bonn, two new species of the genera Lygephila Billberg, 1820 and Apopestes Hübner, [1823] are described from China. The new taxa belong to the subfamily Catocalinae, tribe Toxocampini: Lygephila stueningi, sp. n., Lygephila longicoecum sp. n., and Apopestes curiosa sp. n. The new subgnenus Sinocampa, subgen. n. (type species Lygephila longicoecum, sp. n.) of the genus Lygephila is described. The adults and male and female genitalia are illustrated, and distribution maps of the new species are presented.

The genus Belciades Kozhanchikov, 1950 is reviewed, and its systematic position stated as Pantheinae. Two new species are described, Belciades cyana sp. n. from China, and B. cyanobrunnea sp. n. from China and Thailand. The adult and male and female genitalia of all species are illustrated.
