Abstract –Today Security issue is the topmost problem in the cloud computing environment. It leads to serious discomfort to the Governance and end-users. Numerous security solutions and policies are available however practically ineffective in use. Most of the security solutions are centered towards cloud technology and cloud service providers only and no consideration has been given to the Network, accessing, and device securities at the end-user level. The discomfort at the end-user level was left untreated. The security of the various public, private networks, variety of devices used by end-users, accessibility, and capacity of end-users is left untreated. This leads towards the strong need for the possible modification of the security architecture for data security at all levels and secured service delivery. This leads towards the strong need for the possible adaption of modified security measures and provisions, which shall provide secured hosting and service delivery at all levels and reduce the security gap between the cloud service providers and end-users. This paper investigates the study and analyze the security architecture in the Cloud environment of Govt. of India and suggest the modifications in the security architecture as per the changing scenario and to fulfill the future needs for the secured service delivery from central up to the end-user level. Cloud computing environment is very much malicious intrusion prone hence cloud security is very vital. Existing network security mechanisms face new challenges in the cloud such as DDOS attacks, virtual machine intrusion attacks and malicious user activities. This chapter includes brief introduction about cloud computing, concept of virtualization, cloud security, various DDOS attacks, tools to run these attacks & various techniques to detect these attacks, review of threshold methods used for detection of DDOS attacks & abnormal network behavior and proposed dynamic threshold based algorithmic approach. Although various cloud security measures are prevailing to avoid virtual machine attacks and malicious user activities but these are not foolproof. Hence, new security methods are required to increase users' level of trust in clouds. By scrubbing traffic at major Internet points and backbone connection, a defense line is created for mitigation of DDOS attacks. Dynamic threshold algorithm based approach is proposed as a proactive approach to detect DDOS attacks for achieving secure cloud environment.

Cloud computing provides the full scalability, reliability, high performance and relatively low cost feasible solution as compared to dedicated infrastructure. These features make cloud computing more attractive to users and intruders. It needs more and complex security measures to protect user privacy and data centers. The main concern in this chapter is security, privacy and trust. This chapter will give a discussion and a suggestion for using cloud computing to preserve security and privacy. The malicious hacker and other threats are considering the major cause of leaking security of the personal cloud due to centralized location and remote accesses to the cloud. According to attacks, a centralized location can be easier target rather than several goals and remote access is insecure technologies which offer a boundary of options for attackers to infiltrate enterprises. The biggest concern is attackers that will use the remote connection as a jumping point to get deeper into an organization.

Cloud computing systems offer an attractive alternative to traditional IT-systems, because of economic benefits that arise from the cloud's scalable and flexible IT-resources. The benefits are of particular interest for SME's. The reason is that using Cloud Resources allows an SME to focus on its core business rather than on IT-resources. However, numerous concerns about the security of cloud computing services exist. Potential cloud customers have to be confident that the cloud services they acquire are secure for them to use. Therefore, they have to have a clear set of security requirements covering their security needs. Eliciting these requirements is a difficult task, because of the amount of stakeholders and technical components to consider in a cloud environment. Therefore, the authors propose a structured, pattern-based method supporting eliciting security requirements and selecting security measures. The method guides potential cloud customers to model the application of their business case in a cloud computing context using a pattern-based approach. Thus, a potential cloud customer can instantiate our so-called Cloud System Analysis Pattern. Then, the information of the instantiated pattern can be used to fill-out our textual security requirements patterns and individual defined security requirement patterns, as well. The presented method is tool-supported. Our tool supports the instantiation of the cloud system analysis pattern and automatically transfers the information from the instance to the security requirements patterns. In addition, they have validation conditions that check e.g., if a security requirement refers to at least one element in the cloud. The authors illustrate their method using an online-banking system as running example.

Nowadays, modern healthcare providers create massive medical images every day because of the recent progress in imaging tools. This is generally due to the increasing number of patients demanding medical services. This has resulted in a continuous demand of a large storage space. Unfortunately, healthcare domains still use local data centers for storing medical data and managing business processes. This has significant negative impacts on operating costs associated with licensing fees and maintenance. To overcome these challenges, healthcare organizations are interested in adopting cloud storage rather than on-premise hosted solutions. This is mainly justified by the scalability, cost savings and availability of cloud services. The primary objective of this model is to outsource data and delegate IT computations to an external party. The latter delivers needed storage systems via the Internet to fulfill client's demands. Even though this model provides significant cost advantages, using cloud storage raises security challenges. To this aim, this article describes several solutions which were proposed to ensure data protection. The existing implementations suffer from many limitations. The authors propose a framework to secure the storage of medical images over cloud computing. In this regard, they use multi-region segmentation and watermarking techniques to maintain both confidentiality and integrity. In addition, they rely on an ABAC model to ensure access control to cloud storage. This solution mainly includes four functions, i.e., (1) split data for privacy protection, (2) authentication for medical dataset accessing, (3) integrity checking, and (4) access control to enforce security measures. Hence, the proposal is an appropriate solution to meet privacy requirements.

Cloud Computing is a robust, less cost, and an effective platform for providing services. Nowadays, it is applied in various services such as consumer business or Information Technology (IT) carried over the Internet. This cloud computing has some risks of security because, the services which are required for its effective compilation is outsources often by the third party providers. This makes the cloud computing more hard to maintain and monitor the security and privacy of data and also its support. This sudden change in the process of storing data towards the cloud computing technology improved the concerns about different issues in security and also the various threats present in this cloud storage. In the concept of security in cloud storage, various threats and challenges are noted by recent researchers. Hence, an effective framework of providing security is required. The main aim of this paper is to analyze various issues in securing the cloud data threats present in the cloud storage and to propose a novel methodology to secure it. This paper also identifies the most crucial components that can be incorporated in the already existing security measures while designing the storage systems based on cloud. This study also provides us to identify all the available solutions for the challenges of security and privacy in cloud storage.

Abstract: Computer Networking Play’s a major role for data communication or data sharing and data transmissions from one location to another, which are geographically differ, but in today’s scenario where the main and primary major concerns are not to data transfer but also utilize all resources with greater efficiency and also preserves the confidentiality and integrity of the messages with respect to speed and time with lower Bandwidth and also consume a very low computational costs with low power supply and redirect to optimality. Cloud Computing also play’s a significant role to access data at geographically different locations. So In this paper we create a fusion of Computer Networking Architecture and Cloud Computing Architecture and released a very much superior fundamentally strong Cloud computing based Computer Networking model, which works on the concepts of ‘Virtualization’. Because when the number of hardware components (Servers) drastically increases all factors which are responsible to make possible networking among nodes are also consume each resources at extreme level, and networking becomes complex and slow, that’s why we used the concept of Virtual Machine. In this paper we proposed a Computer Networking model using the concepts of Cloud Computing. This model also suitable for data transmission but also take concern the most significant feature of Computer Networking, which is Data Security. This model also used some Proxy servers/ firewalls to take concern some security mechanisms. In this paper we also proposed Communication Oriented model among the Intercluster domains that how one node which belongs to another CLOUD cluster make possible communication among other InterCLOUD clusters with respect to data security measures. In this paper we proposed three models related to this networking model, which is CLOUD Networking Infrastructure, Connection Oriented model, Communication Oriented model. The detailed description of all three models are in the upcoming sections of this paper.
