Desain turbin angin adalah proses menentukan bentuk dan spesifikasi turbin angin untuk mengekstraksi energi dari angin. Instalasi turbin angin terdiri dari sistem yang diperlukan untuk menangkap energi angin, mengarahkan turbin ke arah angin, mengubah putaran mekanis menjadi tenaga listrik, dan sistem lain untuk memulai, menghentikan, dan mengontrol turbin. Perancangan turbin angin pada penelitian ini, adalah turbin angin yang akan menerima energi angin dari arah yaw (<em>yaw direction</em>). Gerakan menentukan arah dari terbin angin ini dibantu oleh perangkat lunak Lab-View dengan menggunakn kontroler arduino sebagai pengendali arah gerakannya. Perancangan sistem kontrol pergerakan sumbu <em>yaw</em> dari turbin angin dengan bantuan perangkat lunak LabView dan arduino untuk mengendalikan motor yang akan memutar roda gigi yang dihubungkan dengan plat. Pergerakan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi peningkat efisiensi dari turbin angin dalam menerima angin yang datang. Hasil kalibrasi sistem turbin angin dilakukan pada gerakan motor pada arah yaw, dan data putaran potensiometer terhadap tegangan listrik yang diberikan sebagai inputnya.

According to the requirements of measurement of plantar pressure and shear stress in the meantime, this thesis puts forward a plan to construct a new insole plantar pressure and shear stress system based on multifunction data acquisition modular and Lab VIEW. Then the hardware part and software part are designed and developed respectively. There are 3 sensors are arrayed at each measurement point, that means 3 sensors are assembled in 3 different directions of X,Y and Z . The piezoelectric ceramic type sensors are designed, manufactured and calibrated according to scientific methods. Meanwhile, the DAQ card is selected carefully. Of course, the software part is developed based on Lab VIEW. A series of tests are performed in order to validate the function of the measurement system. The results satisfy the anticipated design requirements. At last, the problems and application trend of the measurement system are predicted.

This paper gives an overview on Speed control of Induction Motor via Pic Controller using Lab VIEW. For Monitoring and controlling the Induction motor speed we can use the Lab View Simulation software. Lab VIEW Software can be used for continuous monitoring in an Real Time System applications. Most of the Industrial Automation control process are done by Lab VIEW software only. Lab VIEW Software plays major role in Industrial Monitoring and control systems. There are various types of controller used in Drive control systems in order to perform some actions such as Speed control, Run Motor in both forward and reverse direction. Here we have used Pic Controller for speed control process. From Lab VIEW software we can send Signals to Pic Controller to Run Induction Motor in either Forward/Reverse Direction and we can set the Speed of the Motor.
