With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous improvement of urban infrastructure construction, roads and bridges, as an important infrastructure content in China, directly affect people’s daily travel. Therefore, the construction and management of roads and bridges must be improved to ensure the quality and safety of roads and bridges and effectively prevent safety accidents. Strengthen the management of road and bridge construction through safety monitoring, improve the safety factor of the project and ensure people’s travel safety. This paper mainly analyzes the common diseases and construction technology of road and bridge engineering construction, and puts forward safety monitoring measures.

The transfer mechanism of super-large deep-water pile group foundation is quite complex, the traditional design and construction technology has been unable to meet building requirements while the applications of new technologies and new processes are lacking technical support. At present, the informatization in whole construction process basing on safety monitoring is an effective way to solve the problem. To ensure the safety monitoring system to work properly, the sensors are often redundant layout. however, the redundant data would cause data inconsistency and even contradiction. In order to eliminate this contradiction and to have the real force characteristics of pile group foundation, the valuation fusion algorithm was used in mult-sensors data fusion analysis. The result shows that the axial force and deformation of pile group foundation meet true response better after fusion.

Highway bridge engineering is an important part of modern transportation system. It has a great effect on the devel-opment of modern society. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the construction quality of highway bridge engi-neering. At present, there are more and more construction technology quality control issues in the construction of high-way bridges should be given enough attention. The problems should be actively found out and effectively solved to improve the quality of life, while promoting China development of infrastructure construction. This paper analyzes the quality control strategies in the highway bridge construction.

Prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is widely used in bridge engineering. Its closure is one of very important working procedure in the bridge construction. In this paper, taking Liangjiang Great Bridge in Xinxu Highway as an example, the methods for determining the Jacking force and displacement are discussed. The implementation of the process and construction technology of closure jacking scheme is introduced in detail. Through the finite element simulation, the stress state of on the structural pusher is analyzed. And the maximum stress of the pier bottom and the displacement of the pier top are obtained. They can verify the feasibility of the scheme. Monitoring results from the site construction verify the safety of the scheme. The method has a certain reference value on jacking closure construction for the similar bridge.
