This paper took Guangzhou New TV Tower as an example to introduce how to ensure the systematicness and controllability of vertical measurement through the control survey in the process of constructing the high-rise buildings, how to ensure the unity of the each axis system in monomer construction and unity of the whole structure, providing a reference basis for similar projects.

Period: 2000–2012. The millennium brings predictions of vast new TV channels for a rapidly growing Latino population. Yet Perenchio’s deal for a second network crushes new entrants. Telemundo finally rises under chief James McNamara. At a $2.7 billion price, Sony sells Telemundo to NBC. The dispute between Perenchio and Azcárraga Jean over the PLA intensifies and erupts into lawsuits. Fighting expands when Azcárraga Jean claims Televisa’s right to succeed Perenchio as owner of Univision but Perenchio departs by selling to Haim Saban. A courtroom showdown ends with a surprise settlement but with Univision still uncertain of programs after the PLA expires in 2017. At Telemundo, NBC’s ownership is fortuitous. From NBC’s infusion of cash, McNamara and successor Don Browne introduce “coproduction” agreements with foreign studios. Telemundo becomes the first major U.S. producer of Spanish-language programs. Univision takes a more historic stride. Resolving their dispute, Univision and Televisa sign an unprecedented “joint operating agreement.” Univision is promised permanent Televisa programming. Televisa claims enlarged control of Univision. The JOA is the first definitive agreement between the parties since Telesistema Méxicano founded SIN in 1961. Yet after 50 years, little in Spanish-language television has changed. Univision still is dominant among Latinos. Its main programs, novelas, are the same. The influence and grip of the Azcárragas remain.

The underlying data form of a wafer is a matrix of length (or height) measurements. In the presence of noise, evaluation parameters are normally biased. The expectation value such as peak-to-valley and GBIR (global backside ideal range) is systematically larger than the “true” value. Correction and compensation need a large population of measurements to analytically estimate both bias and the uncertainty. In this study, approach to obtain the true value is to extract a “true” profile by filtering noise from the measured data. In previous paper, the digital filter with wavelet transformation (WT) is proposed and efficiency to remove the noise, however, the method is introduced the pseudo-Gibbs effect. Then, we propose the digital filter with new algorithm of total variation (TV). In this paper, the new algorithm of TV is proposed and the digital filter by new TV indicate that data is filtered without the pseudo-Gibbs effect. The digital filters by WT and new TV are applied on the sample data of actual measurement system to investigate their performance of noise reduction.

Japan's obsession with food TV is rooted in its gourmet boom, beginning in the 1980s, when the strong economy encouraged mass consumption of expensive foods and foreign cuisines. Gourmet TV dramas are often based on a popular manga comic and typically reproduce hegemonic gendered food norms, with professional male chefs embodying food authority and expertise often acting as protagonists. In recent years, however, several popular new TV series have introduced a new gender archetype: masculine loners who care deeply about traditional or home-style foods, so-called B-kyū gurume (second-class gourmet) cuisine. This article analyzes four such recent programs and argues that the emerging “gourmet samurai” archetype resonates with audiences because of the recent elevation of B-kyū cuisine and, more fundamentally, the steep decline in the marriage rate, a topic of intense media speculation. The expanding ranks of Japanese singles suggest that many men now face increased responsibilities for choosing or preparing their own meals. The everyman heroes of these shows offer role models to the growing cadres of unmarried men, encouraging them to become manly connoisseurs or cooks of simple, traditional foods and conveying the message that food knowledge and pleasure is as acceptable and satisfying a pursuit as romance, career, or family.
