Thermocouples are temperature sensors widely used, but the reliability of the values indicated by them must be constantly checked. When the tolerable error limits are exceeded or when one wishes to increase the reliability of results, calibration should be performed. This text will address what are the main sources of errors in thermocouples and what are the ways to calibrate them. By a calibration, it was performed an improvement in LDA Arduino software, which now includes the Equation of a fitting curve in your source code, sending information to the system Lorscheiter Viewer correlated with a measuring instrument calibrated by a certified laboratory.

The trend in industrial control has been to reduce the communications wiring across a plant. Eliminating the cabled connection between a sensors and a host computer enhances the performances and the manageability of a data acquisition system. Through the use of Bluetooth technology the data acquisition components can be paired with a wide variety of pre-existing devices. This makes the host computer portable, cheaper and versatile. Data is collected from the sensors by a microcontroller with an attached Bluetooth module, which transmits the data to a host computer for processing. Costs are reduced by making use of pre-existing processing power and display on the host computer. Depending on the application the data can be processed in any way required on the host computer. This paper describes the practical design of Bluetooth based 12- Channel temperatures acquisition system which contains remote temperature sensors connected to a microcontroller which controls also the Bluetooth module transmission, and a computer connected to a Bluetooth adapter. In this way, the sensors data are collected and processed by the microcontroller, transmitted via Bluetooth to a host computer which monitoring and recording the temperatures measurements.

RANCANG BANGUN ALAT UKUR SUHU BAWAH PERMUKAAN BUMI MENGGUNAKAN IC SENSOR LM35 UNTUK PENGUKURAN SECARA MAPPING ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan alat ukur suhu bawah permukaan bumi secara mapping dengan menggunakan IC Sensor LM35DZ. Akuisisi data alat ukur bawah permukaan menggunakan sistem akuisisi data mikrokontroler AVR ATmega8 dalam unit slave yang sebelumnya telah dibuat dan diuji. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menambah jumlah sensor menjadi 20 unit dan menghubungkan dengan sistem akuisisi data. Pengujian alat ukur suhu secara mapping dapat dilakukan dengan menyebar 20 sensor pada 20 titik berbeda. Hasil data yang telah direkam, dibuat menjadi peta suhu bawah permukaan melalui tampilan kontur mapping menggunakan program surfer. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa alat ukur suhu bawah permukaan bumi memiliki kemampuan mendeteksi setiap perubahan suhu secara realtime pada 20 titik berbeda. Kata Kunci: Alat ukur suhu, IC Sensor LM35DZ, mapping.   DESIGINING AND CONSTUCTION EARTH’S SUBSURFACE TEMPERATURE MEASURING INSTRUMENT  USING LM35 IC  SENSOR  FOR  MAPPING MANNER MEASUREMENT ABSTRACT A research has been  done to develop earth’s subsurface temperature measuring instrument  using LM35 IC  sensor  for  mapping manner measurement.  Data acquisition for the instrument used microcontroller AVR Atmega8 data acquisition system that the slave unit has been made and tested before.  A development be done by added  the sensor to be twenty units and connected it to acquisition data system. The testing for temperature measuring instrument in mapping manner could be done by spreading the twenty sensors to twenty different point. The data output that has been recorded, be made into earth’s subsurface temperature map through contour mapping display used surfer program. The output showed that the earth’s subsurface temperature measuring instrument could detect realtime temperature changing at twenty different point. RANCANG BANGUN ALAT UKUR SUHU DAN KADAR ALKOHOLMENGGUNAKAN SENSOR LM35 DAN SENSOR MQ-3ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk membuat alat ukur suhu dan kadar alkohol menggunakan sensor LM35 dan sensor MQ-3. Sistem akuisisi data alat ukur suhu dan kadar alkohol menggunakan mikrokontroler ATMega8 dan data hasil akuisisi ditampilkan menggunakan LCD 2×16. Alat ukur diuji dan dibandingkan dengan alat ukur standar. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan alat ukur suhu dan kadar alkohol dapat mengukur perubahan suhu dengan akurat dengan nilai NRMSE 0,0028, dan dapat mengukur kadar alkohol untuk alkohol medis dengan kadar 60%-90% dan alkohol aren dengan kadar 35%-55%. Data acquisition system of temperature and alcohol content measuring instrument was using ATMega8 microcontroller and data acquisition result were displayed using 2×16 LCD. Measuring instrument was tested and compared with standard measuring instruments. Test result shows that temperature and alcohol content measuring instrument could measure temperature changing with NRMSE valued 0,0028 and could measure alcohol content for medical alcohol with 60%-90% alcohol content and aren palm alcohol with 35%-55% alcohol content.
