Selection of majors by prospective students when registering at a school, especially a Vocational High School, is very vulnerable because prospective students usually choose a major not because of their individual wishes. And because of the increasing emergence of new schools in cities and districts in each province in Indonesia, especially in the province of Banten. Problems experienced by prospective students when choosing the wrong department or not because of their desire, so that it has an unsatisfactory value or value in each semester fluctuates, especially in their Productive Lessons or Competencies. To provide a solution, a departmental suitability system is needed that can provide recommendations for specialization or major suitability based on students' abilities through attributes that can later assist students in the suitability of majors. The process of classifying the suitability of majors in data mining uses the k-Nearest Neighbor and Naive Bayes Classifier methods by entering 16 (sixteen) criteria or attributes which can later provide an assessment of students through this test when determining the majors for themselves, and there is no interference from people. another when choosing a major later. Research that has been carried out successfully using the k-Nearest Neighbors method has a higher recall of 99%, 81% accuracy and 82% precision compared to the Naïve Bayes Classifier whose recall only yields 98% while the accuracy and precision is the same as the k- Nearest Neighbors.

Penggunaan forum sebagai sarana pembelajaran telah banyak digunakan pada kalangan Mahasiswa. Forum digunakan sebagai sarana berdiskusi antar sesama anggota forum untuk membahas materi sesuai dengan judul topik. Judul topik biasanya ditentukan sesuai dengan isi materi yang akan dibahas. Judul topik yang sudah terlalu banyak di dalam sebuah forum dapat berakibat salah dalam pemilihan judul. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasinya yaitu dengan melakukan klasifikasi judul topik secara otomatis sesuai dengan isi materi. Klasifikasi teks dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan teknik text mining. Pada proses klasifikasi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan membagi dataset menjadi 2 (dua) bagian menjadi data latih (training) dan data uji (testing). Pada tahapan awal klasifikasi dilakukan proses pre-processing yang diawali dengan tahapan tokenisasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan filtering dan diakhiri dengan stemming. Ada beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam klasifikasi teks antara lain naïve bayes classifier (nbc), k-nearest neighbor (k-nn), rocchio, weight adjusted k-nearest neighbor (wa k-nn) dan lain-lain. Pada penelitian ini, penulis membandingkan 2 (dua) metode yaitu nbc dan k-nn. Dari hasil perbandingan kedua metode dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode k-nn lebih baik tingkat akurasinya daripada metode nbc. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 80% untuk metode k-nn dan sebesar 73% untuk nbc yang dihitung dengan menggunakan metode confusion matrix.

Pemerintah Pekanbaru saat ini sudah menerapkan teknologi dalam sistem pemerintahan, penerapannya saat ini masih mendapat keluhan dari masyarakat seperti layanan publik command center yang hanya sebagian masyarakat mengetahuinya dan penerapan cctv yang ada di Alat Pemberi Isyarat Lalu Lintas (APILL) yang belum berfungsi dengan baik. Penerapan teknologi lainnya oleh Pemerintah Pekanbaru dapat kita lihat dari keberadaan portal-portal web situs resmi Pemerintah. Sedangkan untuk melihat beragam komentar netizen dari twitter. Twitter menjadi tempat untuk mendapatkan data yang diungkapkan masyarakat melalui tweets yang diposting ke timeline. Analisa sentimen dilakukan untuk melihat pendapat atau kecenderungan opini netizen terhadap pemerintah Pekanbaru yang mengandung sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral. Data yang digunakan adalah tweet dengan jumlah dataset sebanyak 150 tweets. Data tersebut kemudian di analisa agar menjadi informasi. Analisa dilakukan menggunakan metode data mining yaitu Naïve Bayes Classifier, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), dan Decision tree. Penggunaan ketiga pendekatan ini berupaya untuk mengkategorikan hasil komentar netizen terkait penggunaan teknologi yang telah melalui proses analisis sentimen dan membandingkan keakuratan ketiga cara tersebut. Hasil akurasi yang didapatkan cukup beragam yaitu dari metode Naïve Bayes akurasi 100%, metode KKN akurasi 98,25%, dan metode decision tree akurasi 62,28%.

The Government

Health is a human right and one of the elements of welfare that must be realized in the form of giving various health efforts to all the people of Indonesia. Poverty in Indonesia has become a national problem and even the government seeks efforts to alleviate poverty. For example, poor families have relatively low levels of livelihood and health. One of the new policies of the Sakti Government Card Program issued by the government includes three cards, namely Indonesia Smart Card (KIP), Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) and Prosperous Family Card (KKS). In this study to determine the feasibility of a healthy Indonesian card (KIS) required a method of optimal accuracy. The data used in this study is KIS data which amounts to 200 data records with 15 determinants of feasibility in 2017 taken at the Social Service of Pekalongan Regency. The data were processed using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and the combination of K-Nearest Neighbor-Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm. This can be seen from the accuracy of determining the feasibility of K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm of 64%, while the combination of K-Nearest Neighbor-Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm is 96%, so the combination of K-Nearest Neighbor-Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm is the optimal algorithm in determining the feasibility of healthy Indonesian card recipients with an increase of 32% accuracy. This study shows that the accuracy of the results of determining feasibility using a combination of K-Nearest Neighbor-Naive Bayes Classifier algorithms is better than the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm.

Di Indonesia telah terjadi pergeseran kejadian penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah dari urutan ke-l0 tahun 1980 menjadi urutan ke-8 tahun 1986. Sedangkan penyebab kematian tetap menduduki peringkat ke-3. Dalam proses pengklasifikasian ini untuk mengetahui apakah termaksud penyakit jantung atau non penyakit jantung dengan mengunakan rumus dari metode K-Nearest Neighbor dan Naive Bayes Classifier yang menggunakan library scikit learn. Dalam proses penelitian ini kita melakukan perhitungan hasil nilai performa yang terdiri dari akurasi, presisi, recall dan f-measure pada dataset penyakit jantung. Menggunakan metode klasifikasi yg memiliki hasil uji performa tertinggi/terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, didapatkan tingkat akurasi pada metode K-Nearest Neighbor sebesar  67%, presisi 65%, recall 73%, dan f-measure 96% pada nilai K=250 dan metode jarak Manhattan, tingkat akurasi pada metode jarak Euclidean sebesar 65%, presisi 65%, recall 69%, dan f-measure 67% pada nilai K=250  sedangkan pada metode Naïve Bayes Classifier tingkat akurasi yang didapatkan sebesar 58%, presisi 90%, recall 55% , dan f-measure 68%. Performa metode klasifikasi terbaik pada dataset Penyakit jantung yaitu metode KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor).

Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) is a talk show on TVOne that discusses topics around public phenomena, legal issues, crime, and other similar topics. In 2018, ILC won the Panasonic Gobel Awards as the best news talk show program. But in 2019, ILC failed to win the award which was won by Mata Najwa which featured a talk show event that appeared on Trans7. As one of the television shows that has won awards, ILC has pros and cons for its shows from the public. This study applies a sentiment analysis approach to examine public opinion on Twitter about Mata Najwa and ILC in 2018 and 2019. This study applies K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes Classifier, and Decision Tree classification algorithm to validate the result. The contribution of this study is to show that public opinion on Twitter can be examined to figure out community sentiment on a tv talk show as well as to confirm the Award winner of tv Talkshow.   Index Terms—datamining; Decision Tree; K-NN; Naïve Bayes Classifier; sentiment analysis

Laras Online adalah fasilitas pada Pemkab Bogor yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat terutama warga Kabupaten Bogor sebagai wadah aspirasi dan pengaduan. Seiring dengan jumlah pengaduan yang masuk sangat banyak sehingga mengakibatkan waktu yang lebih lama yang digunakan oleh petugas admin dalam memilah kemudian menentukan unit tujuan pengaduan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performansi klasifikasi dokumen pengaduan pada situs Laras Online menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC). Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dokumen pengaduan, melakukan preprocessing, pembobotan kata, klasifikasi, dan pengujian. Pengujian menggunakan cross validation dengan parameter k-fold=10 dan confusion matrix berdasarkan nilai accuracy, precission, recall, dan score-f1. Hasil pengujian terhadap 360 dataset menunjukkan bahwa algoritma NBC lebih baik dari algoritma KNN dengan nilai k=3, k=5, k=7, dan k=9 untuk mengklasifikasikan dokumen pengaduan ke dalam 6 kategori. Hasil klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma NBC memberikan nilai accuracy sebesar 79,16% dengan nilai precission tertinggi pada 2 kategori yaitu Dinsos 91,30% dan SatpolPP 66,80%, nilai recall tertinggi pada 4 kategori yaitu Disdukcapil 89,90%, Dislinghidup 88,40%, Dispupr 93,20%, dan Dishub 76,50%, serta nilai score-f1 tertinggi pada 4 kategori yaitu Disdukcapil sebesar 82,10%, Dislinghidup 82,90%, Dinsos 88,90%, dan Dishub 81,20%.
