Image fusion (IF) is integrating more than one image into a single image. It accepts multiple images as input and produces a single image as an output. Image w needs an image with high spectral and spatial information. It has wide varieties of application in medical diagnostics and treatment. It is more reliable and compact, easily combined with other methods. Different methods were proposed for remote sensing image and medical image fusion. The aim of the proposed technique is to present an image fusion technique using Intutionistic fuzzy logic (IFL).Mis – registration is the major issue of IF and the research work found solution for the problem. Image features were filtered and integrated with IFL and compute pixels. The proposed method produced better results compared to the existing methods.

Image fusion is a technique to fuse the two or more images. As the fused image gathers more information as comparative to the single image, image fusion of multiple images can be done to extract more number of information, with this reason the it is important in the field of medical image analysis. The fusion technique is so useful in detection of different kind of disease using different kind of medical images. Brain tumor disease is a large issue because of non-proper diagnosis and treatment is lacking accordingly. Using T1, T2 Weighted MR images are two medical MR images at different time constant during the scanning of brain tumor. These two or more images can be used to extract more information by the various image fusion technique.

To improve the robustness of current polarimetric dehazing scheme in the condition of low degree of polarization, we report a polarimetric dehazing method based on the image fusion technique and adaptive adjustment algorithm which can operate well in many different conditions. A splitting focus plane linear polarization camera was employed to grab the images of four different polarization directions, and the haze was separated from the hazy images by low-pass filtering roughly. Then the image fusion technique was used to optimize the method of estimating the transmittance map. To improve the quality of the dehazed images, an adaptive adjustment algorithm was introduced to adjust the illumination distribution of the dehazed images. The outdoor experiments have been implemented and the results indicated that the presented method could restore the target information obviously, and both the visual effect and quantitative evaluation have been enhanced.
