Organizational Socialization and Its Influence on Organizational Virtuousness by Intermediating Spiritual Capital

The aim of the current research is to test the relationship of organizational socialization influence as an influential variable in Organizational Virtuousness as an affected variable, through spiritual capital as an intermediate variable in the headquarters of the General Military Industries Company in all its departments and divisions , In view of the importance of the three variables to society, the company and its members, and based on the role that the variables (organizational socialization and spiritual capital) represent in raising the level of organizational Virtuousness of the company, and on the importance of the subject of research in public sector organizations, and its influential role in society , The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method based on the survey of the sample's views in completing the research, by collecting data from the 119 research samples, based on the 48- paragraph resolution as the main tool for collecting data, and based on (Excel 2010, AMOS v.25, SPSS v.25) as well as the use of descriptive statistical methods ,The research concluded that the most prominent conclusion reached is the existence of organizational socialization influence in organizational Virtuousness, directly, indirectly through the intermediate variable, spiritual capital, and through partial mediation.

The meaning of capital of Batobo farmer groups

The purpose of this research was to reveal and comprehend the meaning of capital in Batobo tradition. Batobo is a traditional farmer organization, in the agriculture part of the Malay society. It has been doing and agreed together and taken the turn each the fields of their members that have been agreed by them. The place has exactly been in Riau province, Kuantan district Singingi Village Kunik. Establish the enthusiastic of solidarity, family, and build up the human relationship which can be useful for many people. This Capital significance research in batobo tradition does not focus in the significance only but the capital is also useful for the society. The contribution of this research is to present regional social accounting, namely accounting that is based on social norms that care about society and the environment, and then can maintain and introduce batobo culture by embracing the nephews (millennial society) who are present in the era of modernization by not eliminating the traditional values of batobo.In research resulted in three types of capital used in the name social capital, economic capital, and spiritual capital. This research uses an interpretive paradigm with methodology phenomenology. This research concluded that there are six significances of capital from the member batobo, they are mutual cooperation, friendship, cooperative, responsibility, donation and worship.

FAKTOR MOTIVASI DAN INDIKATOR EKONOMI DALAM UJI KELAYAKAN JUSTICE COLLABORATOR

The purpose of this observation is to find the indicator of a person will meet the offering of being a justice collaborator. The population of this observation are the cases of person who is being suspected or accused by Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) commiting corruption in Indonesia. Participants for this study were sampled using the random sampling cases in observation, theory and the rules of law. Datas amd informations that were used for this observation were obtained through secondary data from cases in KPK’s website and the result of the previous research in motivation.Observation’s result indicates that age, education, experience, salary, job title and spiritual capital drive someone to be motivated. These factors do not act separately, but they are a part of mutually connected network of specific relations. Employee level of motivation and employee performance can be influenced by means of their detailed knowledge, esperience, maturity of thought and spiritual aspect.Economic indicators that was represented by the value of loss, value of gratification and the punishment charge can be considered in valuing somenone feasible become a justice collaborator. The final results of this observation are factors that affect motivation and economic indicators in court session might be used in measuring that someone would become a justice collaborator.
