The article identifies topical problems of the quality of forensic land surveys. The main attention is paid to the importance of special knowledge in the field of land management for the consideration of judicial dispute at the present time. The direction of development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of forensic land management expertise is indicated. The article deals with the problems arising in the implementation of cadastral activities in the framework of judicial land management expertise. An assessment is given to the significance of this type of activity in the implementation by landowners of protection or restoration of violated rights in court. Examples of delaying the procedure for considering litigation due to an unprofessional approach to the performance of duties by cadastral engineers within the framework of a judicial land management expertise are given. The attributes of land management expertise as research are indicated. The necessity of monitoring the specified type of activity, which affects the professionalism of the cadastral work, which allows to objectively assess the essential and legally significant circumstances of the land management examination, has been substantiated. Reasonable proposals have been prepared aimed at the regulation and control of the specified type of cadastral activity, which will allow, in general, to streamline the specified type of cadastral activity, as well as the observance of the principle of legality and validity of judicial land disputes.

Contextual based learning modules in the areas of business and management expertise in Vocational High School (SMK) are important to be used as a teacher’s guide in teaching and as a source of learning for students in the learning process. The effectiveness of the use of this module can be generated in the development of contextual-based learning modules in the areas of expertise in AKL, BDP, and OTKP. The method used in writing this article uses the literature review method, the source of which was obtained on the Google Schoolar website with the issue of the past 8 years. From the 10 articles, it was found that the development of contextual-based learning modules in the field of business management expertise was very effectively used in the learning process by using the ADDIE, 4-D, and Borg and Ball development models. Then in its use this contextual based learning module is feasible to use in the learning process both in the classroom and learning independently at home. So, the existence of contextual based modules is able to make students have critical thinking skills in connecting teaching material or concepts that have been received with their application in real life in their environment.Keywords: effectiveness, learning modules, contextual
