This study aims to analyze the influence of internal factors and external factors to hinder the development of cooperatives. This study uses primary data in the form of a 2020 weekly report which is accessed on www.indodax.com.The method of internal data analysis is research data obtained directly from the original source which is carried out using a questionnaire that is processed using SPSS 20 (Statistical Package For Social Science). The results of the study partially show thatInternal factors have a significant effect on inhibiting the development of the Bina Beurata Student Cooperative, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Malikussaleh. External factors have a significant effect on inhibiting the development of the Bina Beurata Student Cooperative, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Malikussaleh. Variable internal factors and external factors in inhibiting the development of cooperatives is 0.362 or 36.2%, while the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

This research purposes to evaluate the implementation of the drainage project in Jl. Mulawarman, Gg. Arjuna, Sepinggan. This research uses the CPM (Critical Path Method) and the PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique). Based on the budget plan, time schedule, weekly report, documentation and interview found that the result of the CPM with two critical paths are work activities. The first critical path are: Activity A (Mobilization and Demobilization), Activity C (Landfilling activity), Activity F (Concrete works K-175, Ready Mix). The second critical path are: Activity A (Mobilization and Demobilization), Activity E (Begisting work for black channels), and Activity G (Plain U24 Concrete Iron Works). Meanwhile, the result of PERT has 49% chance to be completed with the project duration of 18 weeks.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat dari program pendidikan inklusi di Kiddy Land dengan metode montessori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya manfaat dari program pendidikan inklusi di Kiddy Land dengan metode montessori ini selain melihat nilai-nilai positif dan perkembangan yang baik pada anak kita dapat melihat beberapa hal yaitu: dibentuknya konsep-konsep kelas yang dibuat oleh pengelola dan juga guru di Kiddy Land yang mana memiliki tiga jenis kelas yang memiliki kegiatan penunjang dalam mencapai target pembelajaran dan menawarkan program Preschool yang merupakan bekal dalam practical life atau praktek kehidupan yang sederhana dan juga persiapan bagi setiap murid untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke sekolah dasar yang memiliki dua macam konsep pendidikan sesuai umur(sesuai kebutuhan anak). Dalam kelancaran program ini diperlukan adanya peran dari guru/tutor dan orang tua dalam mengetahui dan meningkatkan perkembangan pada anak dengan beberapa kegiatan diskusi yang dilakukan melalui evaluasi dengan weekly report(laporan mingguan) dan monthly report(laporan bulanan).
