This study had three objectives: to discover the main concepts and theories used in research around entrepreneurship; systematize the entrepreneurial process in a model that allows teaching it more efficiently, and substantiate the model by applying it to various social entrepreneurship projects. To this end, a systematic scoping review was carried out to identify the main concepts, theories, and processes, which constitute the six crucial building blocks to someone could be successful as a(n) (social) intra/entrepreneur. Then, a design-science approach led us to use real social innovation and social entrepreneurship cases to evaluate the constructs and the model. Consequently, it is concluded that all concepts, theories and models identified can be classified as external factors (Context and Resources), internal factors (Objectives and entrepreneurial Will) and achievements (Action and Impact). The CROWAI model fits well with the data obtained on 465 innovation and social entrepreneurship projects. Thus, this model presents a more comprehensive approach, applicable to all profitable or social intra/entrepreneurship situations, allowing this new conceptual arrangement to be more easily taught. Baatr Kitinov’s paper uses Russian archival documents to examine the late nineteenth century revitalisation of Buddhism among the Russian Kalmyk population. He identifies three stages in this process: 1. 1860–1880, when Mongols wanted to “find” an incarnation of the Seventh Jebtsundamba Khutughtu among the Kalmyks (“Turgut”) in Russia or Olüts in Chinese Xinjiang; 2. 1880–1904, when the Dalai Lama was in Mongolia and Kalmyks traveled to Tibet; and 3. from 1904 to the first years of Soviet power, during which they maintained close contacts with the Dalai Lama. He also identifies three internal factors for the revitalization of Buddhism amongst the Kalmyks: 1. the revival of Tantrism in khurul practices; 2. the presence of Buddhists from other lands among Kalmyks; 3. and the Russian authorities permitting Kalmyks to visit the Dalai Lama in Urga.

Purpose: The article studies the impact of internal factors and external factors influencing an investor’s investment decision. Design/Methodology: The information for the study was obtained from secondary sources like journal papers, magazines and books. Findings: Human psychology has an internal role in investing choice, whereas corporate governance is an external influence. Corporate governance plays a major role in the investment decision-making process by revealing all elements of business information, but investors understand the information according to their own assessments and assumptions based on their psychology. As a result, a firm’s transparency hardly impacts in investment decisions, and it only works to a limited extent; the rest of the investment selection process is dominated by human behaviour. However, the firm is transparent, there is no guarantee that the investor will always act rationally when making a choice for investment. Originality/Value: Every investor should make rational decisions about their investments. Therefore, it is an investor’s responsibility to follow the information provided by the firm, although some investors fail to do so. As a result of investor psychology, investors’ investment decisions are beyond the reach of business transparency. The study implies that a behavioural survey will be useful in determining the factor influencing investors’ investing decisions. Type of Paper: Conceptual Paper

Police is an organization whose activities significantly contribute to sustainable development goals implementation. The nature and subject of its activity are related to maintaining relations with the society with which it is in constant interaction. At the same time, an important issue, as in the case of other public organizations, is the social responsibility of the police. Its dimensions determine the creation of an atmosphere conducive to social participation next to the police in national security. In the effective implementation of a model of social responsibility of the police, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of internal factors (the police) and external factors (the police and its stakeholders) influencing the results of this process. For the police, being a responsible organization does not mean only fulfilling all formal and legal requirements. To be perceived as a trustworthy organization, it must think and act in terms of the future, see and consider various implications, take into account human dignity, observe fair rules of operation, respond quickly to the comments and suggestions of stakeholders.

The global and Indonesia energy trend is heading to process of transitioning from fossil fuel to renewable energy (decarbonization) in the purpose of reducing Green House Gas (GHG) effects. Industries as one of the biggest contributors of emission generator expected to participate in this effort, where fuel and electricity play significant roles in running the operation. Many businesses try to participate and state their commitment on this energy transition initiative by increasing the portion of renewable energy within their operation. Meanwhile, business have several uncertainties’ on how the renewable energy will be acquired and will this renewable energy options be available at the time they need it. Campur Plc. (CP) through its subsidiary in Indonesia, PT. Campur Ilmiah (PT. CI) has targeted the entity to reduce 50% of the emission by 2030 with the baseline of 2018, which align with corporate target of 46.2% of emission reduction globally. Uncertainties on achieving this target generated from external and internal factors, and not to forget how to sustainably maintain the achievement. The location of PT.CI in industrial estate need to be considered as limitation because the power and energy supply are regulated. The accessibility, availability and affordability of renewable energy are expected to be handled by the government, industrial estate or other third party in energy business, but the phasing and the achievement up to now has not shown a promising progress. As a business, PT.CI need to have a strategic planning on this energy transition to support the global target as well as shown a positive investment climate in Indonesia. There are four (4) scenarios has been developed and each of the scenarios are explored to identify alternative and possible strategies to still be able achieving the target and how the organization manage these changes. As the conclusion of this research, four (4) strategic imperatives are defined. This research also might be use as the reference of future planning for the similar industries that have the similar target and type of energy mix.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the behavior of coffee shop consumers in Jambi City. This research was conducted at a coffee shop in Jambi City. The selection of the location of this study was carried out by purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is primary data with the Structural Equation Partial Least Square Model (SEM-PLS) approach. The results showed the behavior of coffee shop consumers most who visited the coffee shop expressed agreement with the choice and decision in behaving. As many as 57.5% of consumers revealed that they chose the coffee shop because the price offered is affordable, coffee served quality, and it has a good taste, and 55% stated that they buy coffee in the coffee shop because according to their consumption needs, the coffee sold has a strong freshness, and has many flavor variants. Internal factors negatively affect the behavior of coffee shop consumers but not significantly. External factors have a positive effect on consumer behavior. Internal factors and external factors with variable moderation of coffee shop variables have a significant effect on consumer behavior.

Treatment motivation among patients were heavily influenced by duration of therapy and existing side effects. TB supervisors motivated patients in their therapy. Limited communication from TB supervisors due to COVID-19 pandemic risked lowering treatment motivation in TB patients. Objective: get a general description of treatment motivation in TB patients from PHC in Denpasar. Method: descriptive observational with cross-sectional design in March – August 2021 at five PHC in Denpasar area. This study was done online using questionnaire with Google Forms application. Motivation is grouped into low, moderate, and high based on scores from internal factors, external factors, confidence in treatment, and interpersonal help seeking. Results: 86% of patients (43 people) had high treatment motivation, 12% of patients (6 people) have moderate treatment motivation, and two percent of patients (1 people) had low treatment motivation. Summary: Most of TB patients had high treatment motivation (86%). Communication between TB supervisors and patients are highly advised to motivate patients and increase success rate of therapy. PurposeThis study aims to show what interventions in human factors can effectively reduce construction workers' unsafe behavior.Design/methodology/approachA diagnostic intervention model targeted the construction workers' weakest internal factors. The workers' behavior and cognition data were collected via a questionnaire and a video camera system from two medium-sized construction sites. A safety supervisor accompanied each site supervisor to improve construction workers' internal factors by implementing the designed intervention measures.FindingsThe statistical analysis results confirmed a persistent positive effect on construction workers' safe behavior by improving internal factors. Among the intervention programs applied, those aimed to improve the subjective norms, safety knowledge and attitudes had the most significant effect sizes.Practical implicationsThe findings of this case study advise project managers to design a specific behavioral intervention that aims at improving construction workers' significant internal factors, including subjective norms, safety attitudes, habits and knowledge together with demographic characteristics to reduce construction workers' unsafe behavior.Originality/valueWhile the declining rate of construction accidents approaches an asymptote which is still high, this study suggests that targeting the individual internal factors through diagnostic interventions is the key to further reduce the rate by improving construction workers' behavior.

Family businesses (FBs) are central to economies: in Portugal the impact of these structures reaches 2/3 of the GDP, 1/2 of the labour force, and 4/5 of the firms in operation, most of them being SMEs. These organisations play a central role in terms of job creation, local development, knowledge transfer, and territorial cohesion. Innovative activities are key factors for competitive economies; yet innovation increases risk exposure and FBs are conservative and risk adverse, resisting change, relying on internal factors rather than opening to the external environment, consequently postponing innovation and thus pledging their future. Their embedded culture reduces innovative propensity; still, the existence loyalty trust and informal networks enhance individual or collective innovation processes. Using a dataset of 110 FBs innovation and internationalization along with other structural characteristics are connected to their economic performance, shedding light on the determinants FB economic efficiency. Given their importance, made-to-measure policy schemes should be designed.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of internal factors on asset investment of public companies in the plastic and packaging industry in Vietnam. The research has built a regression model to determine the relationship of internal factors affecting asset investment of public companies in the plastic and packaging industry in Vietnam. The strength of this research is to use the E-view software in quantitative analysis to build a panel data regression model. At the same time, the researchers used the Hausman test to select the appropriate model compared to other research. The data of the research are collected and calculated from the financial statements of 27 companies in the plastic and packaging industry in Vietnam from 2013 to 2020. The research results show that such factors as sale, equity, and debt ratio have a positive impact on asset investment, the return on assets has a negative impact on asset investment, while the average loan interest rate does not affect the asset investment of enterprises. Therefore, the author has made recommendations to help public companies in the plastic and packaging industry in Vietnam to improve the efficiency of asset investment. The results of this research are very useful for corporate financial managers in helping them make appropriate financial decisions for their companies.
