In this publication, we generalize the proposed model of two interacting oscillators in the case of a strong difference in their periods (when the pacemaker pulses do not alternate) and propose a General model describing a network of oscillators coupled globally. Our goal is to make the model as simple as possible and enter the minimum number of parameters. Therefore, we will fully characterize the pacemaker of their internal lengths of the cycle and re-present them as pulse oscillators. Interaction of pacemakers is described by PRC

We investigate the toxicity of different types and sizes of microplastic particles (0.3–4 mm) under different conditions (new particles, aged particles with biofilm, and particles with adsorbed Tributyltin) on the freshwater amphipod Gammarus fossarum in 3-week exposures. All types of plastic particles, which were randomly taken up to a small extent, were mostly Polyphenylenoxide, Polybutylentherephthalate and Polypropylene, with particles < 1 mm in size. Plastic particles did not affect the feeding and locomotory behaviour of gammarids, and there was no strong difference between pristine plastic particles and aged particles with biofilm. Mortality tended to be higher compared with the control. Tributyltinhydride (TBTH) adsorbed to microplastic particles had no effect on uptake, survival, feeding and locomotory behaviour during the 3 weeks of exposure. Dissolved TBTH, however, was already very toxic after few days of exposure (LC50-96h < 1 ng l –1).

A strong difference in the character of admixture effect on ignition by shock wave and spark initiation has been revealed using the haloalkane effect on the ignition of methane–oxygen mixtures as an example. It has been shown that the difference is determined by the presence of considerable concentrations of reactive intermediate species in an initial mixture, the qualitative difference in gas heating modes, and the strong difference between the temperature ranges of the process for two these methods.

In its history, there has been a strong difference between the doctrine of Sufism and the philosophical Sufism, including Indonesia. In the period of the end of the 16th century until the end of the 19th century even the emergence of the beginning of Islamic intellectualism in Indonesia was brilliantly marked by monumental works. Then, in the era of the 1970s, the discourse of renewing Islamic thought was increasingly being studied. The young generation of educated Muslims in this decade has shown a tendency towards thinking that is no longer normative in view of religion. Very different in the era of mystical and sufistic Islam. So, they tend to be more interested in Islamic understanding based on empirical and historical approaches in the formation of their religious vision. In this paper, a philosophical historical approach will be discussed on the issue of continuity and change in Islamic intellectual discourse in the Malay world of Indonesia and at the same time analyzing broader mystical and philosophical mysticism in Indonesia, friction in it, and efforts to reconcile it.

Background and Objectives: The process of retention and storage of any kind of information is known as Memory. Present study was conducted to compare the Visual & Auditory Short term memory (STM) in Psychology & Non psychology Students. Materials and Methods: After appropriate consent from students and department. The study comprised of 60 students (30 Psychology, 30 non-psychology/other stream students ) aged 16-20 years of Amity University Gwalior, M.P included ,students having infirmities (Visual or Auditory) were excluded. Reaction time for audiovisual exposures to recalling is noted in all ten subtests. Results: There is a strong difference between the retention and storing capacity of visual STM and auditory STM among both groups. Results: There is a strong difference between the retention and storing capacity of visual STM and auditory STM (p<0.001) between both groups. The mean reaction time is more for long words/sentences than short words. Short words are remembered more accurately than long words by both groups. Interpretation and Conclusion: The visual STM has a short mean reaction time and more accuracy than auditory STM. STM and working memory plays an important role in the learning processes of both groups of undergraduate students.
