Data sharing is increasingly important for many users and sometimes an essential requirement, especially for industries and society’s used to gain proceeds. Sharing group resource among cloud users is a major problem, still the data privacy leak. The existing system Group Key Management method used for sharing Key Generation and distribution in the group member or users. Sometimes change to user one group to another group, the group key to enable authenticated users to access the files securely and efficiently is still a challenging problem. This problem to avoid that sharing data in group using the Time Based Group Key Management (TGKM) techniques for cryptographic cloud storage application , which Conditional Identity Based Broadcast Proxy Re-Encryption (CIBPRE) used to transforming the data’s(files) major process in cloud server. To Key Generation method for user a time based dynamic group Key which capably to make stronger in cloud security. Generally, security and performance evaluated that the proposed scheme is highly efficient and satisfies the security requirements for cloud based application.

The article examines the phenomenon of media image and political image. The material for the study was the media representation of V. Zhirinovsky and K. Sobchak as candidates for the presidency of Russian Federation in the fields of television (in the information and socio-political programs of First Channel, ARTRBC (“Russia 1”, “Russia 24”), NTV, “RenTV”, Fifth Channel, “TV Center”) and the Internet (materials of news portals “RIA News”, “REGNUM”, “TASS”, “Interfax”, “Izvestia”, “Vedomosti”, “Meduza”; posts in social networks “VKontakte”, “Facebook”). The methods of contentanalysis, intent-analysis (through the system “Medialogia”), secondary data analysis — the results of sociological studies of All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center (ARPORC), Public Opinion Foundation (POF), Levada Center and the presidential elections in Russia. Chronological framework of the study: November 2017 — March 2018. The author comes to the conclusion about the existence of interdependence and conditional identity of the phenomenon of political image and media image, which influence the construction of each other. At the same time, excessive mediatization of political actors (outside the respective ritualized locales and contexts) leads to their self-discredit — the loss of the “credibility” of both the potential and the real electorate.

In this paper the theory of species sampling sequences is linked to the theory of conditionally identically distributed sequences in order to enlarge the set of species sampling sequences which are mathematically tractable. The conditional identity in distribution (see Berti, Pratelli and Rigo (2004)) is a new type of dependence for random variables, which generalizes the well-known notion of exchangeability. In this paper a class of random sequences, called generalized species sampling sequences, is defined and a condition to have conditional identity in distribution is given. Moreover, two types of generalized species sampling sequence that are conditionally identically distributed are introduced and studied: the generalized Poisson-Dirichlet sequence and the generalized Ottawa sequence. Some examples are discussed.
