In this study, the concepts related to leisure and wellness perceptions will be discussed in order to provide the work-life balance of tourism workers. With a descriptive analysis, it will be discussed how leisure time evaluation and wellness perception contribute to the work-life balance of tourism employees as strategies to cope with work and non-work problems. The fact that the work-life balance of tourism employees is at an optimum level is of great importance for the tourism industry where business factor and service quality are critical. Factors such as uncertainty environment, low labor morale, and high turnover rate constitute the general business life characteristics of tourism employees. As a result, the effect of leisure and wellness perceptions of tourism employees on coping with these factors and establishing work-life balance will be discussed in the light of related literature.

With the rapid growth of express delivery industry, service failure has become an increasingly pressing issue. However, there is a lack of research on express service failure risk assessment within the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) framework. To address the research gap, we propose an improved FMEA approach based on integrating the uncertainty reasoning cloud model and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The cloud model describing randomness and fuzziness in uncertainty environment is adopted to achieve the transformation between the qualitative semantic evaluation of occurrence (O), severity (S), and detection (D) risk factors of FMEA and the quantitative instantiation and set up the comprehensive cloud of risk assessment matrix for express delivery service failure (EDSF). The TOPSIS method calculates and ranks the relative closeness coefficients of EDSF mode. Finally, the rationality and applicability of the proposed method are demonstrated by an empirical study for the express delivery service in China. It is found that among 18 express delivery service failure modes, six service failure modes with high risk are mainly located in the processing and delivery stages, while six service failures with the relatively low risk are involved in the picking-up and transportation stages. This study provides insight on how to explore the risk evaluation of express delivery service failure, and it helps express delivery firms to identify the key service failure points, develop the corresponding service remedy measures, reduce the loss from service failures, and improve the service quality.

The aim of this research study is to address a critique of how and when a supply chain contract is selected based on critical success factors (CSFs) utilizing stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA) and Evaluation by an Area-based Method of ranking (EAMR). This research study ranked supply chain contracts by the EAMR in uncertainty environments, such as when breaking down the health care industry. This is done by providing a theoretical framework for sustainable entrepreneurship in telecommunications industry, focusing on managerial and operational practices that should be modified, in accordance to a set of CSFs identified from experts in fertility hospital. As a novel strategy, in this research, the initial factors of selecting customized Supply Chain Management (SCM) were extracted via a Delphi method along with the EAMR to symbolize a decision matrix that needs primary weights acquired through the SWARA method by hesitant fuzzy number. CSFs for achieving SCM contract selection in fertility hospitals were found to rely on a tripod based on effectiveness, transparency, and accountability that are embedded within the ambit of managerial and operational practices, such as focusing and reducing cost and based on these factors the best SCM contract must be selected. Besides, the EAMR method has more reliability than other similar MCDM methods such as TOPSIS, MOORA, VIKOR, and so on main contribution of this paper is the combination of SWARA, EAMR, and using hesitant fuzzy set in the EAMR method. Finally, the result indicates that hospitals based on these CSFs must be selected contracts.

The risk priority number (RPN) calculation method is one of the critical subjects of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) research. Recently, RPN research under a fuzzy uncertainty environment has become a hot topic. Accordingly, increasing studies have ignored the important impact of the random sampling uncertainty in the FMEA assessment. In this study, a fuzzy beta-binomial RPN evaluation method is proposed by integrating fuzzy theory, Bayesian statistical inference, and the beta-binomial distribution. This model can effectively realize real-time, dynamic, and long-term evaluation of RPN under the condition of continuous knowledge accumulation. The major contribution of the proposed model is to use the random uncertainty and fuzzy uncertainty in an integrated model and provide a Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method to solve the complex integrated model. The study presented a case study, which presented how to apply this model in practice and indicated the significant influence on the measurement error caused by ignoring the random uncertainty caused by expert evaluation in RPN calculations.
