Robotic rehabilitation states as the restorative therapy for the which act as the augmented tool for the health care workers. The methodology was to collect the articles from various scholar sites and where the scrutinization for 180 articles were done. Where the need of the study was to create review upon the robotic technology in the health care. They act as the rehabilitative tool for the upper and lower limb which is further classified into endoskeletons and exoskeletons which is having which is having different mechanism of play and different outcome. The need of rehabilitation technology with robots is inclusive of accurate monitoring, surgery, medicine and rehabilitation. There is a history of robotics in health care as begin in 1960’s for surgery and in 1990’s for rehabilitation and now have expanded in various accessible new technologies that are affordable, having multiple control system with various degrees of freedom and different approach to work. Some of them are highly versatile even can work without any supervision. The need of robotics will increase so as to assist not to remove and gain satisfaction at every end of patient and health worker. The past to present to the future have been very challenging but are present with great outcomes.

Background: Positive neuroplastic changes involving cortical reorganization after stroke are experience dependent and are facilitated more effectively when rehabilitation occurs with high volume. Structured experiences to promote adaptive changes can be implemented during scheduled therapies in any rehabilitation setting. However, time spent in supervised restorative therapy is limited regardless of setting. Time spent in therapeutic activity can be extended by a variety of options that patients can engage in independently, that are low-cost, and that have evidence to support their use as a supplement to physical and occupational therapy. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to present four such options for supplemental therapeutic activities to support restorative rehabilitation, including mental practice, mirror therapy, low cost virtual reality, and community group exercise classes. A sample of the evidence supporting their feasibility and effectiveness is presented. Practical guidelines for implementation are provided based on the evidence. Recommendations: Evidence based interventions can be used to extend total restorative rehabilitation time as an extension of therapy activities performed in the clinic. They are feasible and effective and can support positive neuroplastic changes in individuals with hemiplegia. These strategies can and should be implemented across practice settings by physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists.

White spot lesions caused by enamel demineralization are frequently encountered in dental practice. Their management has always been an important issue in modern dentistry. However, the real dilemma was treating aesthetic demands with noninvasive or minimally invasive techniques preserving the natural tissues. The introduction of resin infiltration technique seems to provide an intermediary treatment modality between prevention and restorative therapy. This case report is aimed at reporting the management of MIH opacities in anterior teeth with resin infiltration technique.

The effect of the complex vitamin-mineral preparation Hemobalance for the optimization of hematopoietic processes in animals during complex restorative therapy and the probiotic preparation Vetom 1, containing at least 1ˑ106 CFU / g of Bacillus subtillis microorganisms, strain DSM 32424, on the concentration of leukocytes and lymphocytes in the blood of Abyssinian cats was studied. 10 cats of the Abyssinian breed were involved in the study of this drug. They were kept at home, having the same diet as cats with liver and pancreas pathologies. The cats were divided into 2 groups (control and experimental), 5 animals each. The experimental group of cats was given the probiotic preparation Vetom 1 based on apathogenic bacilli at a dose of 50 mg / kg once a day every day for 30 days per os. Additionally, the cats of both groups were injected intramuscularly with the complex drug Hemobalance for 30 days at a dose of 0.25 ml. The study of hematological blood parameters was carried out on an automatic closed-type hematology analyzer Vet Auto Hematology Analyzer BC2800. In the course of our research, it was found that under the influence of the probiotic preparation Vetom 1, the concentration of blood leukocytes decreases within the physiological norm. Additional use of Hemobalance does not change this trend.

Migration or drifting of teeth is always multifactorial. This is one of the major concerns in the field of dentistry. On long standing periodontal disease this pathological migratory phenomenon occurs. Treating this pathological tooth migration requires some of the modalities like periodontal therapy/ orthodontic therapy/ restorative therapy. But in some cases periodontal therapy alone plays an important role in spontaneous correction of PTM. Present case report also demonstrate the spontaneous correction of mandibular anterior tooth proclination and slight amount of open bite with non- surgical periodontal therapy (periodontal therapy) alone

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine biosecurity measures at the dental office after the appearance of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). A search was conducted in the main databases of the scientific literature using the words “COVID-19, coronavirus, SARS-Cov2, biosecurity, disinfection and dentistry.” We analyzed biosecurity and disinfection standards at the dental office and dental health personnel to date, and their adaptation to the needs and way of working of each. As a result, according to the information collected the following procedure was identified: a telephone appointment must be made and a questionnaire should be given before dental care; at arrival to the appointment, the temperature of the patient should be taken and proper cleaning and disinfection of the waiting room should be maintained. Panoramic radiography and CBCT are the auxiliary methods of choice. Absolute isolation and atraumatic restorative therapy techniques are a good alternative to decrease fluid exposure. The removal of protective clothing and accessories must follow a specific order and washing hands before and after is essential. In conclusion, the efficient biosecurity for dentists and patients in all dental care processes before, during, and immediately after the appointment reduces the risk of COVID-19 infection and allows healthy dental care environments.
