Abstract The article presents the results of studies of the effectiveness of the use of the complex probiotic preparation Immunoflor in young hens of egg cross. In the course of the research work, it was found that the use of the probiotic preparation Immunoflor does not affect the clinical and physiological state of the body of young chickens, but at the same time reduces the incidence, mortality and increases the safety of the chickens by enriching and balancing the poultry diet, reducing the conversion feed, optimization of digestion, stimulation of the development of positive microflora in the gastrointestinal tract. The use of the complex probiotic preparation Immunoflor in the diet of young chickens at a dose of 15 g/t of water and 15 g/t of feed contributes to an increase in the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes and hemoglobin concentration, activation of cellular and humoral factors of nonspecific resistance of the body of chickens, providing a normal physiological state and homeostasis.

The aim of the work is the scientific and practical substantiation rabbits productivity increasing while using Jerusalem artichoke pulp and the probiotic complex "Sporothermin" in the composition of biologically valuable compound feed. The introduction of intensive breeding technologies in the rabbit breeding industry, as well as an increase in the number of livestock, led to a significant increase in the technogenic and microbiological load on the rabbits' body, which in turn causes disruption of digestion, metabolism, a decrease in productivity and the occurrence of intestinal infections. The solution to this problem can be innovative developments on the application of herbal supplements and probiotic complexes in feed rations. They help to improve the bioavailability of nutrients in compound feed and increase the safety of livestock without the use of antibiotics for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes. The influence of the probiotic additive "Sporothermin" together with Jerusalem artichoke pulp on the safety, productivity, physiological status and chemical composition of rabbit meat was studied in the work. 30 rabbits aged 45 days were selected to study the effect of probiotic complexes - Jerusalem artichoke pulp. The control group of rabbits received the main diet, consisting of compound feed PK-90, the rabbits of the experimental groups received compound feed PK-90, which included the probiotic complex "Sporothermin" (0.6 g / kg and 1.0 g / kg) - Jerusalem artichoke pulp 10% by weight of compound feed. The analysis of the chemical composition of muscle tissue showed that the application of the probiotic preparation "Sporothermin" at a dosage of 1.0 g / kg and Jerusalem artichoke pulp at a dosage of 10% to the mass of compound feed increases the average daily gains and, as a result, meat productivity, improves the balance of the chemical composition. This is confirmed by the approbation of the data obtained in the industrial complex of Lipetsk Rabbit LLC and the assessment of the physicochemical, functional, technological and organoleptic characteristics of the raw meat obtained.

Результаты исследований показали положительное влияние изученного препарата на приросты живой массы, содержание в крови эритроцитов, гемоглобина, общего белка, аль-буминов, глюкозы, общего кальция, иммуноглобулинов, что свидетельствует об активизации обменных процессов и повышении иммунологического статуса у подопытных свиней. Summary In the article there are presented data that are obtained during the scientific and economic experiment on testing of the microencapsulated probiotic preparation "Enzymesporine" with an en-zyme on pigs of selection of Genesus in conditions of modern livestock complex. The results of the researches showed positive influence of discovered preparation on life weight gains, containing in the blood of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, total protein, albumins, glucose, total calcium, immunoglogulins, that is reveal the intensity of metabolic processes and increasing of immunological status of tested pigs.

В условиях Якутии опытным путем доказано положительное влияние использования кормовых добавок из местных ресурсов в рационах дойных коров на переваримость питательных веществ, использование энергии и повышение молочной продуктивности. Рацион коров состоял из сена разнотравного (10,0 кг) , силоса овсяного (18,0 кг) и комбикорма (2 кг). Животные I опытной группы с хозяйственным рационом получали рецепт №1 из ячменя «Тамми» (27%), овса «Покровский» (35%), пивной дробины (32%), минерального премикса «Мегамикс» (1%), пробиотического препарата «Хонгуринобакт» (2%), поваренной соли (1%). Коровы II опытной группы получали рецепт №2 из ячменя «Тамми» (31%), овса «Покровский» (25%), пивной дробины (38%), минерального премикса «Мегамикс» (1%), пробиотического препарата «Хонгуринобакт» (2%), поваренной соли (1%). Высокий уровень переваримости питательных веществ у коров II опытной группы, по сравнению с животными контрольной и I опытной групп, установлен в отношении сухого вещества на 1,0 и 1,5%, органического вещества — на 2,8 и 2,0%, сырого протеина — на 3,3 и 2,0%, сырого жира — на 2,3 и 1,5%, сырой клетчатки — на 3,0 и 2,0% и БЭВ — на 0,5 и 1,3%. Выявлено, что при одинаковой переваримости коровы контрольной группы потребляли меньше валовой энергии на 4,8 и 3,5 МДж, хуже переваривали энергию на 2,0 и 1,5 МДж. При сравнительно одинаковых потерях энергии выход обменной энергии у коров I опытной группы был выше на 1,5 и 1,1 МДж, чем у сверстниц. За 238 дней лактации получено молока больше, чем от коров контрольной, на 238 кг, или на 10,5% (Р<0,01), и I опытной групп — на 95,2 кг, или на 4,0% (Р<0,05). In the conditions of Yakutia, the positive effect of the use of feed supplements from local resources in the diets of dairy cows on the nutrients digestibility, energy use and an increase in milk productivity has been experimentally proven. The cows' diet consisted of herb hay (10.0 kg), oat silage (18.0 kg), and compound feed (2 kg). The animals of the 1st experimental group with the bulk moulding compound diet received recipe No. 1 from Tammi barley (27%), Pokrovsky oats (35%), brewer's pellet (32%), Megamix mineral premix (1%), probiotic preparation Khongurinobact (2%), sodium chloride (1%). Cows of the II experimental group received recipe No. 2 from Tammi barley (31%), Pokrovsky oats (25%), brewer's pellet (38%), Megamix mineral premix (1%), probiotic preparation Khongurinobakt ( 2%), sodium chloride (1%). A high level of digestibility of nutrients in cows of the II experimental group, in comparison with animals of the control and I experimental groups, was established in relation to dry matter by 1.0 and 1.5%, organic matter by 2.8 and 2.0%, crude protein — by 3.3 and 2.0%, crude fat — by 2.3 and 1.5%, crude fiber — by 3.0 and 2.0% and nitrogen-free extractive substances — by 0.5 and 1.3%. It was found that with the same digestibility, the cows of the control group consumed less gross energy by 4.8 and 3.5 megajoule, and digested energy worse by 2.0 and 1.5 megajoule. With comparatively equal energy losses, the yield of metabolic energy in cows of the I experimental group was higher by 1.5 and 1.1 megajoule than in their herdmates. During 238 days of lactation, milk was obtained more than from the control cows by 238 kg, or 10.5% (R<0.01) and the experimental group I — by 95.2 kg, or 4.0% (R<0.05).

Probiotics seem to have promising effects in the prevention and treatment of allergic conditions including atopic dermatitis (AD) and food allergy. The purpose of this multicenter randomized placebo-controlled trial was to evaluate the effectiveness of a probiotic preparation comprising Lactobacillus rhamnosus ŁOCK 0900, Lactobacillus rhamnosus ŁOCK 0908, and Lactobacillus casei ŁOCK 0918 in children under 2 years of age with AD and a cow’s milk protein (CMP) allergy. The study enrolled 151 children, who—apart from being treated with a CMP elimination diet—were randomized to receive the probiotic preparation at a daily dose of 109 bacteria or a placebo for three months, with a subsequent nine-month follow-up. The primary outcomes included changes in AD symptom severity assessed with the scoring AD (SCORAD) index and in the proportion of children with symptom improvement (a SCORAD score decreased by at least 30% in comparison with that at baseline). After the three-month intervention, both the probiotic and placebo groups showed a significant (p < 0.0001) decrease in SCORAD scores, which was maintained nine months later. The percentage of children who showed improvement was significantly higher in the probiotic than in the placebo group (odds ratio (OR) 2.56; 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.13–5.8; p = 0.012) after three months. Probiotics induced SCORAD improvement mainly in allergen sensitized patients (OR 6.03; 95% CI 1.85–19.67, p = 0.001), but this positive effect was not observed after nine months. The results showed that the mixture of probiotic ŁOCK strains offers benefits for children with AD and CMP allergy. Further research is necessary to assess the effect of probiotic supplementation on the development of immune tolerance. (ClinicalTrials.gov NCT04738565)
