The conduction phenomenon and ion dynamics in xAgI·(1 − x)AgPO3 glasses with x = 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 are studied in the 20 K to 200 K temperature and 10−1 to 106 Hz frequency ranges. At the lowest temperatures, a nearly constant loss behavior, independent of the temperature and composition is attained.

The analysis of the temperature evolution of the permittivity (ε′′) located within the range of the NCL demonstrated that there is a crossover in dynamics at Tc = 0.76Tg and Tc = 0.78Tg.
