Many medical companies use cloud technology to collect, distribute and transmit medical records. Given the need for medical information, confidentiality is a key issue. In this study, we propose an encrypted scheme based on encrypted data for an electronic healthcare environment. We use hybrid Attribute based encryption and Triple DES encryption technique (ABETDES) scheme, including identity-based cryptography (IBC), to ensure data privacy through communication channels և to improve the reliability of cloud computing. There are also limited indicators of light processing and storage resources. This solves a serious maintenance problem and ensures that a private key is created where it is not blind. The introduction of a security option, a comprehensive security analysis to protect ciphertext, shows that our program is effective against many known attacks and compared to existing methods.

Concrete is a porous material with different size of pores and cracks. Even the high quality concrete is a porous material which can pass the water through its cement paste. Porosity of the concrete can affect the natural performance of the concrete structure. Usually the water that comes from the environment contains the soluable contaminates which may initiate the reaction with the concrete materials and reduce the serviceability and design service life of the concrete. Durable structures to withstand significant deterioration can help to reduce the maintenance problem and conserves energy, money, materials and resources. The purpose of this research is to determine the major durability problem of concrete structure. The effects of critical environment deterioration such as sulfate and chloride attack was studied. Also the use of recycle and new material that might offset the destructive effects of environment attack to improve the durability or reduce the permeability was investigated.

Abstract This study examines the police officer’s contemporary views of dealing with minor order-maintenance problems. Their views of problem-solving go beyond situational, neighbourhood and individual variables. Officers might also consider ‘audience legitimacy’ when forming their opinion of problem-solving. A quasi-experimental vignette research design was used to gauge a police officer’s views of rudimentary order-maintenance activity. Police officers of various ranks, and from a range of different sized police agencies, responded to an online survey, resulting in an N of 473. The dependent variable asked respondents their level of agreement with the actions of an officer described in a vignette. Respondents disagreed with an officer’s decision to ignore an order-maintenance problem. The neighbourhood crime characteristics were not related to their judgements about the decisions of the vignette officer. The type of nuisance crime event described in the vignette was related to the respondent’s level of agreement, but only at the 0.10 level. The respondent’s audience legitimacy score was correlated with several officer characteristics, but the relationship disappeared in the regression analysis. The findings are discussed in relation to prior research, and suggestions are made for multidimensional policing research.

For a given mechanical equipment, knowing its modular topology has the advantage of facilitating its maintenance. Indeed, during a maintenance problem, we will not act on the whole product except on the failed module (product subsystem) and we would also gain time to detect, diagnose and compensate for the observed failure. On the other hand, the clustering algorithm, which has served as a reference for several works has several limits. It generates much more complex and more expensive modules in terms of coupling costs, which could require more resources, more intervention time and more maintenance work. This has worse consequences for product maintenance, because the more complex the product modules are, the more expensive the maintenance is. We therefore propose an improved clustering algorithm which has the advantage of reducing maintenance costs by reducing the coupling and decoupling costs (Disassembly and reassembly costs) of the modules, generated by the reference algorithm for good maintainability (dis-assemblability). The application is made on a soy roaster. The approach followed in the proposed algorithm consists first of all in defining a DSM (Design Structure Matrix) which will make it possible to define the correction coefficients of the coupling cost, then in formulating an objective function to reduce the coupling costs, and finally to take into account the integrating elements to reduce the size of the modules. The result achieved is the proposal for a modular topology (modular architecture) leading to a significant reduction in maintenance costs. The developed algorithm also allows an economy of scale in reducing the complexity of the modules, promoting good maintainability.
