Abstract Introduction In the Netherlands, the total number of yearly measured lipid profiles exceeds 500,000. While lipid values are strongly affected by age and sex, until recently, no up-to-date age- and sex-specific lipid reference values were available. We describe the translation of big-cohort lipid data into accessible reference values, which can be easily incorporated in daily clinical practice. Methods Lipid values (total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and triglycerides) from all healthy adults and children in the LifeLines cohort were used to generate age- and sex-specific percentiles. A combination of RStudio, Cascading Style Sheets and HyperText Markup Language was used to interactively display the percentiles in a responsive web layout. Results After exclusion of subjects reporting cardiovascular disease or lipid-lowering therapy at baseline, 141,611 subjects were included. On the website, input fields were created for age, sex and all main plasma lipids. Upon input of these values, corresponding percentiles are calculated, and output is displayed in a table and an interactive graph for each lipid. The website has been made available in both Dutch and English and can be accessed at www.lipidtools.com. Conclusion We constructed the first searchable, national lipid reference value tool with graphical display in the Netherlands to use in screening for dyslipidaemias and to reduce the underuse of lipid-lowering therapy in Dutch primary prevention. This study illustrates that data collected in big-cohort studies can be made easily accessible with modern digital techniques and preludes the digital health revolution yet to come.

The multiple and ever-evolving standards that govern mobile computing result in multilayered heterogeneous environments of mobile devices and services. Thus, as mobile computing becomes more prevalent, it is important that designers build systems that support as many unique, in-use, and userdefined characteristics as possible. This study explores the related effects of two existing standardized technologies: hypertext markup language (HTML) and cascading style sheets (CSS). Furthermore, whereas we investigate the impact of the CSS standard in the context of computing in general and mobile computing in particular, we also focus on two emerging roles of this standard: device independence and usability. Our findings suggest that the application of the CSS standard can improve data delivery across independent devices with varied bandwidth and resource availability, thereby providing device independence and improved usability respectively. We demonstrate that through their effect on device independence and usability, CSS plays an important role in the evolution, expansion, and openness of mobile computing.

The SFS Law Office is one of the legal advisory offices located in Depok, West Java. As an advisory service, the data processing and management in the SFS Law office served manually so that errors and data loss often occurred. The purpose of this research is to build a website for this legal advisory office so that it can be a tool for the client to schedule meetings with lawyers. It can facilitate lawyers in managing their files and schedules so that it can help clients personally. This website is using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) with Laravel framework, Sublime Text as a text editor, and MySQL database. The method used in the research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). This website has three types of users, namely admin, member, and visitor. The black-box testing method results showed that all options and the web pages able to function as expected. We can access The SFS Law Office website at URL http://www.kantorkonsultanhukumsfs.com available in Bahasa. The assessment calculations from 37 respondents gave the percentage result of 86.76 %, which means that this website is in the "very good" category.
